kevin you deserve a medal from you tube and a big well done from the whole of the motor trade as you just drive up on a street and go to it amazing work ethic Kevin even watching it not a peep from you a star no other you tuber does what you do
Mr Williams, thanks for the videos you post every week. Your work and your video editing make for a very informative resource for anyone involved in vehicle maintenance and repair, and your own example illustrates that no job is too difficult when you have the skills required, and break the job down into parts. All things are possible. I have a timing chain swap to do on my VW mk4, and your videos provide a valuable reference in approaching that job. Thanks again, and keep the videos coming.
Thank you Kevin. Hope for warmer weather and sunny skies. Rain really gets to the bones after a coupple of hours. One thing I dont miss a whole lot to work outdoors in every weather condition around the year. Hope you have some great time off work this weekend. Regards from Sweden.
I didn't realize you have the new low profile ratchet, how do you like that one? It is less heavier and does it have the same busting torque as the original larger one? I came across that new one by mistake, thinking I was going to get the 1/4" and I was surprised to see that there was a newer low profile version of the 3/8" but I really wanted the 1/4 since I already have the 3/8 but it is rather larger; it is also slower at turning, the newer one is way faster. Thanks for the videos.
Hats off to you sir! I watch your videos and thought I’d tackle my own clutch! Great videos and show what’s needed to do the job right, it took a trolley jack to lift the gearbox back into the golf again as I wasn’t able to hold it and get it back into the spline hole on the crank! But managed in the end, thanks for your informative videos keep up the great work and stay safe 👍
Hi, Kevin! I worked for two weeks without days off, so I didn’t have time to watch your videos last weekend:( But now there are 3 videos in the queue to watch!:) It’s very cool that you made a Freelander in this video, because next week I will also have to change the clutch on such a car, which sailed from England for use on the front line. Thanks for the video and have a nice Sunday!
If you need more detailed video of the Freelander there’s one on the playlist. Hope the video in the queue makes a good watch whilst you have a good rest. Keep safe ☮️ 🍻🍻🍻
Great work Kevin. question: when you change a self-adjusting pressure plate such as Volvo or BMW, do you use a special tool to compress the plate before fitting, or do you just tighten it down squarely onto the flywheel ? Thanks

Absolutely amazing mate you are like a machine 😁 you deserve a medal 🥇 great work 👏
Young Isuzu tech from Asia here. Wish I could lift gearboxes like you. What's the heaviest weight you could bench in kilos?
Thanks for visiting the channel.
The heaviest must have been a Mitsubishi L200

Always a pleasure to watch the master at work. Hope the weather is getting warmer for you down the road. As usual in Scotland it's freezing ..........
Kevin, may I ask what universal joint set/sockets you use, for example the ones at approx 19mins in.
Your videos are very therapeutic to watch! 👍
That Freelander must've been quite a challenge...what a nightmare to work on.
All heavy stuff
its a thumbs up from me Kevin 👍 and a thumbs up for the hot wheels 😄👍

In a star pattern in increments of 720• each bolts
BMW I use a special clutch glue to centre the plate then release the star key.
