Nice and simple recipe I can follow and so can others. I always wondered what is a good way to cook Aloo Gobi? I believe this recipe answers my question. Normally the cauliflower and potato are boiled to make it slightly soft but here it is fried..a first for me. But, I will try it anyway. I think the sugar should be omitted but then again it is up to the individual taste that matters.
Hi Bumbi, unlike you I don't have a sweet tooth so omitted the sugar and the raisins as I don't like them Served it with your recipe for vegetable Pulao Bengali style and it was absolutely delish. Thank you for the recipe which I have passed on and will try your Cauliflower and potato next time.
Very tasty. I made this recipe tonight. No hot peppers but used cayenne and paprika. Family enjoyed it with rice and some sautéed curried chicken breast, then added some coconut cream and tomato sauce to use up leftovers in the fridge. Very nice addition. Thanks for posting video.

Keep uploading consistently, with practice you will get better with each video.It took me 17 months , 102 videos to reach that threshold of 1000 subscribers & 4000 watch time hours. Study your analytics, see which of your videos got the most views & likes and make more of that kind . While uploading, set the size of your project as HD 720P for high resolution. If you love doing this, then please be patient and you will soon start getting views. Hope this helps.

700 gm of cauliflower + 550 gm potatoes, this recipe serves 7 to 8 people so according to me 4 tablespoons of oil for this quantity is not at all too much.
I'm afraid I agree with Bumbi. I made this last week and didn't find it oily at all, as the balance of ingredients against the amount of oil is perfect. You can get Filippo Berio light olive oil if you are worried about the amount as olive oil is not as harmful for your cholesterol. But don't give this a miss as its healthy and tastes amazing.
