    This is a good place to start for people who want to start exercising everyday but feel it’s overwhelming to even think about. Start here. Do it every morning for a week or two. Once it becomes a part of your morning routine, maybe start adding a couple more minutes. Now you’re on your way. You didn’t get out of shape overnight. You’re not going to get into shape overnight. Give it time.
