    I cant do any deads or low squats..I'm in physio I do bridging... I have facet degeneration L4L5 S1, Synovial cyst L5 S1, and some protruding discs. I m tossing around surgery. I'm on lyrica, getcshots, walk 2X week! Help!! Soo much pain 2 years!😢

    I feel like deadlift and weightlifting are very similar .
