Got my first gallon of SMR 135 and have now sprayed several panels with it. Like it! Nice gloss. Fast dry. Perfect for winter shop painting. I may switch to med or slow and continue using it as it warms up on basic jobs or budget resprays. SMR 42 for the classics as always.
Haven't tried the glamour clear, but the 135 is working for me, in a shop that is 50 /60 degrees on a good winter day.

The 135 and production glamour clear both mix 3:1 very similar products
I like the 135 just a hair more lays and sprays just a little more easy but if your in a social justice warrior state where they restrict your voc in paint, the glamor clear (2.1 voc) will work fine

Looks good to me Marco, it's more of a challenge painting in the cold as everything takes longer and if you aren't careful the clear will want to run before it has a chance to flash off, it's been down to -7C (19F) in my booth here over the past few weeks and now there is snow forecast🥶living the dream Marco and feeling your pain😬😅👍John UK

I like the color and I always use the red pad and actually go right at it and clean last but to be honest whenever I was caught by my mentor he said "look if there is anything like greasy prints or whatever you are scraping it into the surface and risk it lifting the paint.

Good Job . We in Germany have / use a special cleaner what you mix 50/50 with water than wetsand it with a red or grey scotch bride . Bake it or heat it up with a heat gun and done . Adhesion promoter for Plastic and base than clear . Very fast and holds like from factory .

well I just cant use that crappy spray bomb primer.ever time I have ever used it, bit me when I did. I use the high build select primer from speedokote. best primer I have ever used. now you right about the bascoat. its pricy. but I use a different basecoat that does the same job as speedokote base. I use a lot of stuff from you guys. Brad always tells me try it you luv it. the sand paper is pretty good also. dont like the glazing thats in the plastic bottle. when you get down to the end of it its not as thin as it was when you frist startedd using it. I end up cutting the top off it so I can get it out of the bottle. you end up throwing some of it away. I have used your clear. two or three different kinds of it. I like the products you guys has. the best thing I do like is the spray bomb gun cleaner. I buy it by the case. it keeps my guns super clean. you do need to talk this stuff up. keep up the good work looking forward for your next post
