    Marco has a gift from the heavens above. Anything he touches turns to gold. First video I ever seen of the man was painting dodge caravan bumpers at an outside auction in 20° with 25mph winds with factory results & zero over spray . Best of the best with personality and pizzaz...

    I've got some SMR 1150 and fast activator to use up, but I think next time I'll give the 135 a try. My insulated and plastic lined paint area is generally 55 to 60 degrees with the 220 shop heater going and snow outside. Still in that range I need a faster clear.

    Learning something new everyday. How long did you wait sir after you spray the color blender? I am in the process of repainting my whole car and thinking about using the speedokote bright white basecoat with mid coat (mixed dry pearl powder and intercoat clear binder) to prevent using stage 1 white pearl paint. I am also debating on which clearcoat i should use with this project. Would love to get suggestions from you. Thank you in advance!

    I have a question!! Please help me out! How do I go about getting into this field of work??!?! I'm an aspiring painter and body man. 28 years young. I've sanded a bumper or two here and there and spray can painted here and there on my 01 mustang and 01 harley f150. I just entered into the automotive hobbyist stuff and car scene in the past couple years but specifically got interested in the paint/body side for about 2 years now. I watch videos like yours and many others on youtube. All the time. I picked up a 29 gallon fortress compressor and an R500 LVLP gun last year, a US general tool box, and a Quinn 350+ tool kit. I'm still in the process of buying things as I work a full time job as a security guard at the moment. I'm in small town southern WV. Super limited in autobody and paint shops around and when they do hire they always require experience and I never get a call. Should I just keep trying to get my foot in the door somewhere? Should I just jump right in and start working on my car and truck at home practicing? I do have a 2 car garage currently and I can make it work.

    Awesome job as always bro. My name is Marco too lol. I have a 1990 Mustang GT that doesn't need any body work but I wanted to paint it the same color as it is now to freshen it up. I live in Jersey and was wondering if you would paint it if I trailered it to you and how much you would charge? I would completely strip it down before bringing it (quarter windows, lights, handles, locks etc). The factory paint is faded that's all. Thanks

    A serious question...I don't see you using your inflatable spray booth anymore why?...
    Are they worth the money... do they perform and give you cleaner ..paint jobs time and time again... or are they like the paper condom ...joy for 5 min or lifetime pain later...ie 6 kids later.

    • @speedokoterefinishnetwork4937
      @speedokoterefinishnetwork4937  Рік тому

      There nice but not healthy to spray in on a consistent basis as they don't vent fumes out as well as a real booth.

    • @772777777777777
      @772777777777777 Рік тому

      You need to place 30" extraction fan that sits on a riser and velcro plastic or fabric shroud to the booth... Get some 6mill poly, make flexible exhaust shoot, ( just cut 15 foot sheet of poly and seam the joint with tuck tape.. afix the plastic sleeve you just made with a ratch strap to the fan...and bammmmmm), and pump it out the shop door.
