  • Follow Taylor (Registered Kinesiologist) through a quick, easy, and fun full body dynamic stretching routine to take your joints through a full range of motion, and to activate your muscles & nervous system! It's a great idea to perform this type of routine as often as you can throughout the day. It could be done right after you wake-up in the morning, before engaging in any physical activity, or even as a break after you have been sitting for too long. Staying active and moving with a routine like this is going to help prevent injuries and help you feel energized!
