Really excellent video. For your first go at this style of content it’s unbelievably good! I would say don’t be afraid to take more time. I think speeding the footage up is generally okay but for the fiddly bits that are difficult to do, regular speed would be better so we can really see the nuance in what you’re doing. It’s not as if we’re gonna get bored. The only people watching are deeply nerdy about watches anyway! Lmao. Great video. Super stoked for the future videos. 🎉

Hey mate, those rubber strips are super important. They provide both the electrical interconnect between the LCD and the PCB as well as provide a gasket-like cushioning functionality.

I’m not 💯 sure. If there is, I didn’t see it as an option from any of the manufacturers I got the colored film from.
