Djinni has lightening immunity and very-very useful in a fight against one big dragon who attack with lightening and you can use Djinni to bate all reactions without getting any damage to the team.

I have never seen it as a scroll; however, Cambion can be summoned via Infernal Rapier which can be acquired through Wyll's story progress.

How to get the spell ?

Level 6 Clerics can get that via level up screen. Also, it is possible to get the spell by equiping Infernal Rapier.
