- Join me for this Peaceful 30 minute vinyasa yoga flow for intermediate level with a focus on leg flexibility. Here we will explore a variety of stretches for hamstrings, hip flexors, inner thighs and hips. We will move in a very melodic smooth way and sink deeper into our flexibility feeling at peace and utterly relaxed by the end of practice. This vinyasa flow is more suitable for intermediate level practitioners.
