- Enjoy this 30 minute creative Vinyasa Yoga flow for intermediate level based on unique variations of traditional yoga asanas and some interesting transitions.
This practice will focus on standing balancing poses (like Warrior III, Half Moon, Wild Thing) and transitions between them and feel good stretches to improve our flexibility.
This is a complete 30 minute yoga practice that includes full body warm up, main sequence, seated stretches and cool down Shavasana.
This yoga practice will be suitable for more experienced practitioners but you can always modify a few movements to match your level of energy and needs.
No equipment is necessary for this practice. Do you best, stay patient and grateful for all the change you are creating.

Oh wow! I enjoyed this class so much!
