@@KateAmberYoga No… Thank you Kate… I’m diabetic and the combination of melatonin I take to help me sleep and the calming effect of your voice has helped in reducing my blood sugar levels. I’ve always had high stress jobs… never thought sleep and sound would improve health. Keep doing the classes… they are definitely helping!!
I love your saw palmetto/slash pine practice! It was a fun, simple spunky practice. The birds, attitude and setting were a plus. I’m practicing today in the Colorado mountains 10 below and snowy. Thanks for sharing your practice 🙏🏽
I am at the point in life where health, friends, experience and travel are more important than work. Work is still important, but on the back burner a bit. Kim and I are off to Bali in February for a month of yoga and spiritual connection.@@KateAmberYoga
Perfect after a cold snowy ski day! Walked the dogs, cranked up the heater and 40 minutes of “Florida style” hot yoga, here in the southwest. I followed mostly non visual, following your vocal queues. Nice evening practice 🙏🏽
Wow this was so much fun!!! I practiced outside in my backyard to get some sun and fresh air. And now I feel amazing! What a fantastic class! Can't wait for more ❤
It is tooo cold in Germany to practice outside, so I put my mat close to the window where the sun shone in and felt the spirit of the nature. Thank you for your inspiring classes and for this feeling afterwards! ❤

I notice this often - my classes almost work as a body diary (for better or worse) and I notice it changes every season. Sometimes fluffier, sometimes stronger, sometimes stringy. 😅 I am lifting heavier at the gym though!
@@KateAmberYoga , aha! I figured there was some sort of weights/running/yoga combination behind the transformation. Keep it up! Similarly, I've reduced the number of lifting sessions I do per week but increased the weights. I haven't noticed any changes other than tighter shirts, which is something, I guess.
Wow a very challenging practice. I am very happy to have been able to follow you during the Flow. Of course, I don't have your flexibility, so I had to do many positions in a simplified way. It's not common but I've definitely done 7-8 hours in a day of both asana and meditation during yoga trainings. They're both exhausting and fulfilling :)
