considering moxie comes from a mafia family and a father who treated him like trash and is constantly getting undermined being one-third to half of all the jokes, it makes sense he would have a breaking out.
It kind of sucks (no fault to Viv or the Spindlehorse) that the episodes takes a bit to a while to come back because on first watch makes sense Moxie being so petulant would upset people when it somewhat makes sense. It being Moxie's first time leading a mission and Millie spotting the correct guy almost immediately certainly dropped his motivation, hope and whatever possible pride he somehow might have of being leader.

Maybe, but how does that explain how Loona has a disguise. I guess we'll find out in a future episode why they don't have them yet

@@NightGhost_R Since much to most of Helluva Boss and Hazbin is inspired heavily by real-life demonology, hellhounds in mythology do have the innate ability to disguise themselves by transforming into humans. I could be remembering it wrong if it were just incubi and succubi or if hellhounds can do also but a lot more 'ordinary' demons overall in demonology do have that power.
I will say that they really should've been explained back in season 1 ep 3, which would have been the perfect time to do so when Loona was mad the group didn't have disguises themselves, but clearly the show wants to continue jokes about them not having disguises which can get old very fast as it's already heading that way in my opinion. At least it's stated in Stolas' grimoire that the crystals are given out to Succubus, with their primary job being to possibly spread STDs based on what Blitz says in season 1 ep 3 if his 'insult' or crude joke was actually to be taken seriously in hindsight.
