Upon unboxing, I was immediately upset at how the rails were very noticeably bent. But I kept going, all tools needed to assemble were included ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxqtX4Dxs6aecAZEuz6GY5-d81YecKCshn and I had it set up in about 30 minutes. Honestly I love this thing, make sure to read the measurements and measure your space so you know if it'll work for you. I bought this to put inside my closet, underneath where I hang my clothes and it is absolutely perfect! It is VERY sturdy and all drawers glide easily and mine are stuffed, and they are still flush when closed.
Wow, one of the best "how to" videos I have ever seen. Love how you just get on with it and no flowery intro filled with unnecessary verbage. The end product is fabulous. I am 77 so I have seen a lot. Take this as a big compliment.
Can I stop and say something completely off topic? You are so beautiful. You look natural and low maintenance and you do it so well. I love your work too, of course. I do furniture flipping as well and I have learned a lot from you. Thank you!!
You are so good. I love that you treat the inside of the furniture with beeswax and hemp oil. It makes it look brand new and cared for. Love the black knobs and how you placed them.

I prefer the dark-coloured knobs against the light wood. Thinking outside the box has always been your forte Katie. Thanks for giving us a peek and as always for inspiring us.
I’ve really wanted to do this finish for a while but have been too intimidated and overwhelmed by all the different techniques online. This was a great straight forward tutorial, thank you so much!
I appreciate your ease and expertise while teaching and demonstrating. Your filming is very well done which lends a greater understanding of how to replicate the process. Dark knobs are the winner.
I don't know if you call yourself an artist, but you ARE. What a talent to get something so old and beat up and transform it into a master piece. Black knobs definitely was the perfect choice.
Katie, what an amazing makeover! The legs are on point and that FINISH… well, I must say I love those colours and the end result. I like the dark knobs. Great job!!!
The dark knobs brought it front and center for me. Beautiful job! One other thing, support your local and small businesses. They are counting on you! Again, you knocked it out of the park! 🕊🇺🇲
Love the paint finish looks stunning. Also loving the way you straightened the botton of the drawers instead of removing the timber piece and making a new one, that tip is genius especially for those who can or don’t have access to saw. I’m in my 60”s and this bought back memories of my darling Mum using paint and a darker glaze so thank you so much for those memories 💗💗
Katie, you inspire me. I have been watching your channel for a couple years and you do such a great job on your pieces. I have been refinishing and painting furniture for over 40 years and I appreciate how much hard work you put into each piece because I know it is work.
I have seen many UA-cam furniture flippers build new bases ( even you!) to update these old girls. That still looked a little intimidating to me. What a great idea just to re-image what was there already! Great idea and great finish!
Wow that painting technique actually looks like wood! I can see it being really great for somebody who might have health problems and can’t sand. Love that you are getting more comfortable with power tools 💪! It’s amazing how the shape of furniture legs can really make or break a piece I recently did a little tweaking myself for the ugly duckling challenge. Thank you for sharing another great video! Love the contrast of the dark knobs
Every time I watch one of your videos I run straight to fb marketplace liking for a similar piece 😂😂. Great job on this one, I like the dark knobs personally.
