This looks amazing. I need to try this. you make it look so easy. I have the perfect piece to do this on. As far as the General Finishes arm-r-seal… it is amazing. I love it. I do woodworking and it’s my go to. I was sold after working in a table shop. We made tables for the wine bar that opened in the gallery. I saw the daily wear and tear on those tables and the finish held up amazingly. I also used it on a table two years ago that my daughter now has. It was intended as a desk that my mom used. But my daughter is now using it as a kitchen table. She has an 18 month old and it is holding up so well. Great stuff.
I’ve watched this video at least 6 times and I’m planning to do my table & chairs with your method. My only question is. How has it held up these past 10 months with your move and busy family ?
Omg...so glad this came up in my recommendations. I’ve been thinking about repainting and/or refinishing my 20 year old dining room table that’s made of the same thing and this is just PERFECT. Thank you for the inspiration!
I have to say the detail you give in your tutorials are incredible. A beginner like myself really appreciates that and also you listing the products used in the drop down. I've seen a lot of videos, but if they don't list products used in drop down I refuse to subscribe, but I'm certainly subscribed to you. Thanks luv

Oh this is awesome. I actually need to make my fan blades look "wood" like so I'm going to try this. As well as on my small file cabinet that needs to be repainted.
Awesome! I love that gel stuff, worked with it a few times. It took me a while to figure out that I could just wipe it off with a wet towel if I messed up and simply do it over. I'm working on our dining set now, but it is getting the valspar finish (your technique to get the smooth finish is perfect, Thanks!). Oh no, now I want your table...

Thank you soooo much for sharing this technique. I have a coffee table that I painted a creamy color years ago after I had inadvertently sanded through the veneer. It was high time for a second makeover, but I just didn’t know what to do. Then I saw your video.
