  • Breathing and stability are always co-dependent, therefore training and relearning how to breathe is the first and most important step in establishing stability in your body. Gaining proper breathing patterns activates all the levels of your core to fire in proper order and form to make your core the best foundation for power you have. Stability creates a foundation for performance, and injury prevention.

    It would be awesome if you linked your next video from here. This is probably the most sensible guide to “core” that I’ve come across. After 3 months of rehab (so far) it’s good to get better understanding, particularly the importance of diaphragmatic breathing. Thank you
