Sending you lots of love and hugs 🤗💗. In today’s video, I relaxed my 4c natural hair, dyed and did a sew in. I honestly couldn’t keep up with its maintenance so I decided to test the freedom waters😂😂 and ofcourse, add spice to it by dying aswell.
It was so difficult but I pulled through🤭 and with constant practice, you’ll be watching a PRO soon

If you had a feeling it wasn't a good idea you should have went with your gut feeling perming and dying the same day is a NO NO
I can actually imagine the pain because relaxer makes the scalp sensitive and bleaching it that same day, wow

You CAN dye and relax on the same day but it has to be professionally done. They use a product called Opaque but it’s tedious and they use different volumes of it depending on which part of the process between dying and relaxing.

I once dyed blonde, then back to black, after about a day with black I relaxed it, on washing, it was literally falling out of my hands💀😂 and turned reddish

Bubu! Using a dye on relaxed hair is a no no. You don't use dye on a chemically treated hair, it would damage your hair. Dyes are best on natural hair.

You can definitely use dye on chemical hair! But not after you relax your hair! You should dye your hair first ! Put conditioner with your dye then dye your hair! After do a deep conditioner then 2 weeks later you can relax your hair! Never dye and relax your hair the same day!
Dying natural hair with a 40 developer is a no no. Especially on relaxed hair. You fried your hair. 😢

Doing these two actions on the same day can make your hair to literally fall off almost completely you need to give it at least one week or better still two weeks.
I don’t know, sis. It looks so heavy, oily and flat at the end. Your leave out is separating
I would never relax or color my hair the same day. My hair would be on the floor, my hair can't take them strong chemicals at once. Secondly, going to a professional is the best bet. You have more guts than I do cuz I love my hair and I know too many strong chemicals mixed can put havoc on your scalp and hair.

... the only mistake you did is to process with both on the same day because the hair is weak...
