Back combining is the best way for someone to do their own balayage in my opinion. At that point if people are doing this at home they really just need to learn sectioning. The back homing is an evitable because you’re not gonna have four sections that are just lightened or harsh lines so for those of you that are doing it on yourself at home if you can also learn how to section your hair properly for a balayage it just makes it so simple!
What I’m doing right now is lightning my hair periodically over the next month or two until I can get to the next major city over and then have a professional really go in and hand paint that way when I go to a professional more blonde is it going to be at the ends.
