Nice one lads. Certainly a lot more deer around in the open than when I was a deer culler in the early 80s when the helicopters were going full throttle. Good to see the old oral hygiene being taken care of up there! Nice edit job.

Since it was a rat they did a good job. It was rubbish, one of those hinds might have been carrying a good one, or the weaners been ok once old enough to get an idea.

@@johnmead8437 game management is a great thing but we all need to be on the same page. It’s been said before and I’ve done it for years and it definitely works. Spikers stags need at lest three years before you can tell properly if they’re going to grow into anything decent, in a ideal world. Shoot a hind over a young stag any day. Keeping numbers in check in high numbers areas 👍

Hey mate! This film was done entirely on an iPhone 11. We do take out a DSLR as well usually and we use the canon R6. Phones have impressive quality these days!!
