Here is our meal plan for the month of June! Things are slowing down for us with the school year ending and only having one in baseball during June. We are doing a little bit of a pantry/freezer challenge to make space in our freezers for fresh beef so most of my meals are coming from ingredients that we already have on hand.

I love the way you made a list of meals. I will definitely take inspiration from your video.
Definitely, it will not be different meal every day in a month. I am planning to make list of 10 and rotate it 3 times. No one will notice the repetition anyway.

That breakfast casserole sounds delicious!
Instead of all broccoli, I add two bags of riced cauliflower to the bottom of the dish and do everything the recipes lists. It’s yummy!
I love that you cook a lot of Asian food - coming from an Asian mom! I’ll have to try and write out a monthly plan. We usually figure it out weekly but I like this idea better. I need to try Detroit style pizza, didn’t even think about making it myself
