I'm always highly suspicious of folks who try to squeeze an alibi into a 911 supposedly "emergency" call.
2 wives dying tragically is way too suspicious. I’m inclined to believe the husband did it.
Plus he failed the polygraph. Why isn't he being tried?
rougearlequin I agree..how is it that the husband isn't being looked at more closely. First wife dead..husband collects $250,000 dollars. Second wife dead..husband collects $750,000 dollars this time. The husband accumulated almost one million dollars and no one is checking him out !!!! Are you serious..🤦🏽♀️
@@Kaff231 Exactly, and you can see from the pictures the he is way bigger than the son, his story of the son throwing him around like a rag doll is not believable. Bill should had been sent to jail after he drowned his 1st wife.
@@rougearlequin Well said.
The son should work with the police to take step dad down.
Wow. 2 wives dying in unnatural circumstances. So very strange.
Jessica Hubbard ,How many wives have lost more than one husband?
yep, 2 wives, 2 insurance policies to collect. He's following the exact recipe of other serial killing insurance collectors before him.
Wives Don t last long when you kill them.....
@@alanmazzucchelli9013 As men age, death by natural causes alone have widowed any one woman a few times over...
@@MrRichard57000 Neither do husbands being wives for prison inmates.
The guy got away with killing 2 and with pocket full of money
Sorry kids, the husband is as guilty as sin. One dead wife is a tragic accident. Two dead wives, both with considerable insurance pay-outs payable to the husband is not a coincidence. There's something behind that man's calm exterior that's full of anger and violence.
I agree!!! He was totally creepy and when I heard about the other wife I thought straight up it was him who did it! I bet he was the one pushing for the son to be thrown out of the house and he used this as his alibi.
your "feelings" and "speculation" is shit compared to the FACT THAT THE SON'S BLOOD WAS ON THE BODY. YOU DUMB WASTE OF OXYGEN
i agree
Ah, yes. The son’s blood just magically appeared on his mother’s body. Having 2 wives die isn’t out of the ordinary, people die everyday. It’s also not uncommon for the wife to have a life insurance policy, it’s actually more uncommon if someone doesn’t have one. They also died 2 extremely different ways. A person just doesn’t go from staging a drowning to straight up strangling his wife with a fucking witness. If your theory were true, that would mean he would of planned both murders, and the second wife’s death was clearly a crime of passion. Someone obviously got upset with her, (the son) and strangled her, this wasn’t pre planned, it was in the midst of an argument. Also, a middle aged man doesn’t go his entire life with no other instances of violence and just murder 2 women. Maybe lay off the TV crime shows where they convict people because of coincidences and look at the actual evidence. Also, the irony of you calling people “kids” when you are trying to claim a man is guilt because of how you feel or how you perceive him is hilarious.
@@brandismith3911 dude... just cuz you think your theory is better doesn't mean you need to attack other people. calm the hell down, even you don't know the answer.
It only makes sense if the son was the guilty one, he'd have killed the evil step-father, not the mother he loved.
The moment I knew the son didn't do it was when he was asked to explain how his blood got on his mother's leg and he instantly replied "I can't explain it". A guilty person would have replied with drama, offering multiple possibilities. The truth needs no drama to prop it up.
Bliss .. then you xplain how the blood got on her legs? He wasn't in the room, remember??
Bliss that makes no sense
Bingo!
Well It's possible that the stepdad might planed it so well beforehand and made sure his blood and glasses were in the room to incriminatehim
@@phillypenn3183 and how did he get the son’s blood without him knowing it? Makes no sense
The main damning thing to me was the 911 calls.
Son: “Help me! Help me! My mom is not breathing!”
Husband: “My step son killed my wife and here is exactly how it happened.... oh yeah I’m also crying..”
lol...totally agree! Son is too stupid to have done it and the sleazy stepdad totally did it! I mean, with two dead wives??? How unlucky can one man be? lol Smh
but if the son really did do it he would not say help me i just killed my mom, and if he didnt do it he would name the erson .....it could go both ways , why didnt the son say help my stepdad hurt my mom . im 50 50 on this , if my stepdad killed my mom , the first thing i would say is help my stepdad killed my mom , but then again this all happened in the bedroom so his glasses on floor says a lot , but also so does dna on her neck . i would tend to think the first person to call 911 would be the innocent one .
So right! He called 2nd to give the son away so he could save his skin....he clearly didn't care about the status of wife...they should have asked him, how did he kill her, when, and where was he?
The step-dad DID it! For life insurance!
Alex101 Conner ikr exactly my thoughts. I mean seriously when you have something like that happen it starts to look like a pattern here. If he goes out looking for another wife I hope she watches this first. Or she'll be victim number 3
@@Kaff231 he should be convicted
That's likely the reason why he didn't want her son living in the house with them.
@Ghostchick the beneficiary only husband but not her only son?
I have a feeling the truth of this is going to come out and he's gonna go to jail. Mark my words.
You know I never would have understood how people could make up stories, with a straight face, to make others look bad, until it happened to me.
Bill is the murderer here. His first wife also died tragically.

the husband did it
RakSmi ABSOLUTELY!!!
There’s absolutely no evidence that the husband did it,With only a possible financial motive provided. The sun on the other hand claimed to have not been in the room ,although his glasses were found in the room and he had his mothers blood on his leg. What would be really wild is iF they conspired to accuse each other making a determination of guilt difficult. The two consecutive calls are an oddity. It’s quite scary that two people are willing to convict somebody with absolutely no evidence, so I hope neither of you ever served on a jury.
Alan Mazzucchelli he killed his first wife also. He has to be a very unlucky man to have two dead wife. I also hope you don’t serve as a jury 👌
But the sun's bloodstains

at the murder scene.
And the sun CANNOT explain how.
SO
Don't jump so fast to conclusions.
BUT
the husband's also sketchy BECAUSE of the first wife dying on him for life insurance..

The husband's first wife died SIMILARLY while he collected life insurance as well...
You CAN'T trust NO one anymore.
The stepdad’s pronunciation of “armoire” is enough for me to pronounce him guilty.
HoneyBunchesMcLover , it’s not an easy word, most people don’t pronounce it correctly - he almost had it.
He’s still a low-life, lying, POS.
HAHAHAHAAAAAAAA!!!! I noticed that, too! I even replayed that part just to hear it again.
lolololo
😄😄
HoneyBunchesMcLover 😄 funny
Stepdad did it. I'm sure.
Sometimes the bad guy wins
He must be talking about himself
The answer lies in the 911 calls . Nearly always does .
The husband collected insurance not only after the 2 wives, his business also mysteriously burned down. It was insured. After Diane he maried a woman with stage IV cancer that left him her house and bussines (you can see her standing next to him when the son is found not guilty). He also has a pretty long rap sheet: burglary, drugs, hit and run, assault, etc...
BUT, HIS RAP SHEET IS IRRELEVANT & POINTED OUT AS MORE OF AN AFTER THOUGHT.
IF HIS 3RD WIFE LEFT HIM WITH EVERYTHING THEN THAT WAS HER CHOICE.
BUT WITHOUT THE EVIDENCE, HE'S GOTTEN AWAY WITH BLUE MURDER, TWICE!
@@cheryl5994 Exactly. But I wonder, was it really the 3rd wife's choice? I suspect he specifically chose that poor woman and took advantage of her or even worse.
Edit: His rap sheet is not irrelevant. It proves at least his character is not so great and an escalation in his criminal career.
This is such a tragedy ! Justice failed terribly
The husband did it.
ur proof ??
A murderer still FREE.
That's the system for you....
I BELIEVE that Kevin the son
DID IT
because his blood was on the dead mother
and Kevin COULDN'T explain why.
PLUS his glasses were
In his mother's room on the night of the murder..
REMEMBER Kevin claimed
That he was never in his mother's room when his mother was murdered..
That's STRONGER than the step father's life insurance on his mother.
@@pedrogallegos9545 Sure, the husband could never have put the son's glasses in the room. The two dead wives with hefty insurance policies trumps any evidence against the son.
@@JJJJ-gl2uf But what about the son's blood found on the mother that contradicted his story and he couldn't explain? Did he have any fresh injuries? There's much information that these mini episodes don't give away, I don't understand how people can come to either conclusion.

did NOT plan Kevin's blood
on Kevin's own Mother's dead body...
@@pedrogallegos9545 how are you "certain"? Youre not.. you're assuming, based off what you feel is correct. 💯 Doesn't make you certain or correct. Unless you are behind the case yourself? Were you there or just watching UA-cam videos and read articles about the crime?
The step dad killed her for insurance money! Don't let him have any insurance money!
The stepdad totally set him up! It is so obvious he is lying I don’t know how no one else is seeing it. He knew the boy was troubled and would be the perfect person to frame. The son had issues but he is definitely exaggerating them to destroy his character to everyone, this guy is a typical narcissist and evidently most people can't spot them and see through their lies
The question is HOW did the stepdad set the stepson up? His blood was found on his mother's thigh, on her comforter. His shoe, his glasses were found in that room where he'd claimed that he never went in. That's pretty damning.
Don't you think it's possible the son could be a narcissist? Because *he's* the one who seems totally fake, to me.
I got an opposite sense
The son appears to have been living in an alternate world.
I see it
they said, "you're 23, it's time for you to live on your own." very different view from my mom; she still hasn't forgiven me for moving out when i was 24.
My MUM wont , I am 23. It Is called elicopter parents
@@mdb2879 It's Helicopter parenting: "A helicopter parent is a parent who pays extremely close attention to a child's or children's experiences and problems, particularly at educational institutions. Helicopter parents are so named because, like helicopters, they "hover overhead", overseeing every aspect of their child's life constantly". There's also the Tanguy Syndrome, coined from a French film titled "Tanguy", where parents can't get rid of their 30 yr old son who is financially stable but prefers living with mum & dad and reaping the benefits of staying with his parents: meals cooked, laundry done, etc.... shuns responsability. Sadly, a lot of youngsters today even if they have a job, just can't afford to live on their own: rents too high, etc... and staying in their parents' home is the only choice they have although they'd much prefer to stand on their own two feet.
Must be nice lol. Alot of us cannot relate.
It's more like the stepdad wanted the mom all to himself and wanted to kick the son out.
I can tell as soon as Bill opened his mouth he was guilty
People need to start checking to see who has taken insurance policies out on them so many are killed for money
i think we need to rethink how life insurances are done in the first place.... too many stories of people "taking out policies" (and mulitiple) on another person.... and too many people killed for it. Surely theres a better way.
The law doesn't allow someone to take out life ins. on you without your consent, but we still see it happen!! Maybe it's only illegal in certain states. I'm not allowing any large policies on me, too tempting!!
The HUSBAND is GUILTY
But they also found her son's blood stains on her leg

and The son cannot
give explination of that....
That's why I just stick to my own..

He already “did it again”, though; This is his *2nd wife to die mysteriously.*
I was just reading about his 3rd wife's death in 2017. Although she died from cancer, I read she was already terinally ill when he met her. She had given him the rights to her house to start a business, and of course he had life insurance on her. Did he just up his game since he almost got caught last time.... instead of a mystery death, he just found a dying woman and used her!? (apparently the 3rd wife's niece called him a user and manipulator in a thread I found!)
Wow now there's a 3rd wife dead??😱

He says heres Dennis in the beginning.
Dennis Murphy was narrating.
I don't believe the son did it.
In the first few minutes just based on the 911 calls I think the father did it. The son called first. The first call would be made by the innocent person who witnesses a crime and runs off to call 911. The 2nd call was the dad realizing his son had already called 911 and had to cover himself. The dad also sounded so out of breath as if he was the one who had just been in a fight and committed a horrible crime. Not to mention it was committed in the bedroom which is where the husband and wife would more likely be in a confrontation.
The husband is Guilty.
ur ignorant and narrow minded
Its always the husband.
Michael Kabyle The mom was as close to wife as the son will ever know. He felt he should be her one & only.
The husband got away with 2 murders and picked up 2 life insurance policies?? He must be the luckiest murderer
It's so easy to believe the step dad is guilty
The dad did it and he got away with it 🤦♀️ I'm 🙏 that they hopefully open that case back up and put his ass in jail somebody has to pay for it 💯
Everything will be revealed in God's timing.
The husband planted that blood, so obvious. He killed his first wife, now it was her turn to die for his wealth.
If he did do it... he should have taken the policy out on his worthless step-son & disposed of him instead.
@@sunshine3914 he needed the stepson to take the blame if they were both dead then the police would be concentrating on him
The cause of death of the victim is strangulation. The husband's dna was found on her neck. So why on earth did the court convict the don in the first place???
Well, they were husband and wife, there's explanation for his DNA being on her neck, or anywhere on her body.
They didn’t convict the Don,The mafia didn’t have anything to do with it. LOL
They should’ve asked both of them to take a polygraph test,Then they would’ve known who to focus on.
Skin cells around her neck though? That seems kind of odd to me even with that in mind.
Exactly.... I don't know why blood was even brought into the trial when she was killed by strangulation. Obviously the DNA on her neck matters more than whatever blood was on her leg.
Keith Morrison needs his own show!!!! 🏆🏆🏆🕵️♂️🕺🏼🎙️📺
I believe it was the father. I was unsure because of the son's blood at first, but then I remembered the son said the father tapped him painfully on his head where his scar was to tell him his mother wanted to speak with him in the bedroom. Maybe when the father did that, the blood was carried from his fingers onto the bedspread and wife's legs...
I never even thought of that. You're right. Wow poor kid.
He may have quickly used a syringe to harvest blood or opened the wound. Then it would splatter during the struggle
I love you kieth morrison.
Husband, undoubtedly! He already killed his first wife. What's crazy is he seems so laid back and easy going but clearly he's hiding a crazy temper underneath all that. Looks can be deceiving!
All you got to know is that his first wife drowned in a pool in the middle of the night and he collected life insurance and now his next wife dies and he's collecting life insurance... Pretty obvious.
2:56.. the way he says armoire, makes me believe hes guilty. Real talk lmao
Always has to be Florida! Why isn’t anyone paying for her death?!
the dad...has...connections it is obvious...he is evil...he set this poor kid up...makes me sick
It's always Florida because the media has full access to information due to the Sunshine law. Not all states disclose all the information on crimes.
The problem with Florida is that it's in Florida...
To be FAIR......FL can't help it that all the serial killers, wife/husband killers, con-men & con-women, & any other type of riff-raff end up coming here. I've noticed that, often, they end up running here when the law is chasing them......we're kind of at the end of the line - with nowhere else to go, without catching a boat. Bad guys opt to get lost in the crowds & there's always plenty of folks to con - many seniors, many retired people with fortunes to steal, many pretty ladies, etc. I cringe every time I here one of these forensic shows state "he was found in Florida", but I know it's true that bad guys run until they can't run any further - and FL just happens to be the end of the line. Just sayin'.....
His first wife's death is suspicious as hell. I wonder if her bother was properly examined.
Before even watching the whole video , could know that the husband did it !
this indeed is a strange case and I'm glad the son was found innocent. the husband seems to like collecting life insurance policies...
Like they're going out of style..
The son was guilty. How could they discount the physical evidence?
Lynne Sullivan Bill's DNA was on her neck. If Kevin killed her then his DNA would have been all over her neck. Bill had a LOT of motive and another dead wife prior to this. The guy said on the 911 tape that she was dead but he should not have known that if he never went back to check on his wife. He says he loved her but didn't even try to see if she was alive. I'm sorry but it's very clear that Bill killed her and pinned it on Kevin.
I agree the stepdad set him up. It is so obvious this guy is lying how does no one else see it
If the Son didnt do it, he should have gone after the stepdad with vengeance. He is way too calm.
Creepy husband: Two wives with two big insurance policies, dead. Kid didn't do it. Probably lost his glasses and blood from one of his piercings when step dad was trying to strangle him before he got away. He also called the cops first, and sounded way more believable.
only here in pinellas county jeez
Stepdad set him up
Yup
The boy himself was running away from the scene and his stepdad and trying to phone police at the same time 🤔 don’t know about everyone else but if I’d just killed my mum n someone was running after me I’d be trying to get my ass away from the place as quickly as possible the last thing I’d be doing was trying to contact the police 👮♀️
I’m inclined to agree too that the stepdad set him up...but how do you explain the stepson’s drops of blood on Diane? How would the stepdad do that?
Cha Cha Girl not too sure about that I thought maybe when he was struggling with the hubby , blood can travel a fair distance when people fighting or struggling n I believe that he got a second trial and was found not guilty
Tracy McClung 31 Thanks for explaining this...makes sense to me...although all of it still doesn’t really add up 100%. This case was definitely a seriously confusing whodunit...imo I can technically see that there is definitely evidence to support both the stepdad’s and stepson’s/son’s guilt. Smh...I guess no one will ever really know for sure. ????
Im sorry. ALL evidence should be shared with the court and the jury no matter what.
Bill is a murderer without conscience. And if the DA is embarrassed enough by their prosecution of an innocent son, they will probably let him go. May he never fool and kill a third wife,
I'm a mother and I wouldn't kick my son out of the house at 23. That's not consistent with how he described his wife's personality. Why didnt anyone start CPR?
Meanwhile you have people who are in jail for life for a damned joint..... SMH
who is in jail for life for a joint?
For one joint. Nah. Gtfo
I’m on the fence. I can’t decide who the killer is.
The husband's 911 call seemed so fake and he gave too much detail which normally u wouldn't say off the bat. He also wacked his 1st wife in the middle of the night years earlier so he probably thought he could get away with it again and keep the insurance money. I think he did it not the son.
@@sassygirl340 Well I think the son did it

i like these, they are straight to the point and don't waste any time
The husband's 911 call sounds so emotionless and fake. A former wife dies in a pool... Hmmm. $750,000 insurance Why? Because he learned how easy it is to get away with murder and why settle for a mere $250,000 when you can cash in for so much more!! The husband is guilty as hell. The son was acquitted the second time around and so who did it? The man with the most to gain. The son lost everything. I bet they were fighting about the son leaving the house and the mom wanted to go easy on him and the husband decided to kill 2 birds with one stone and get a fortune for his efforts.
Bingo then he marries a woman with cancer and hit the jackpot with her. It's obvious.
husband did it and the son is not what you would call determined and easily framed..any good detective would see that...the add before the video almost made me puke thanks for that
When mothers coddle their sons, they make them ill-equipped to deal with life. This was a little boy in a big man's body who wanted his way and threw a fit when he didn't get it.
Not just mothers. My ex-husband was still going into shower with his kids (a son and a daughter from his ex-wife) when they were already 10 years old, his excuse, "they can't rinse the hair clean". Finally, i put my foot down. I told him to STOP, and i will send them back to the shower room until they get the hair rinsed clean, as many times as it take, if they miss their TV time or computer time, oh well. He conclused that "you just love torturing my kids dont you?"
After we got divorced, i dated this guy (a cop no less), had all his three kids living in his house, paying no shit, doing no shit to help around, and he was making their car payments. The problem here is that his "kids" were 26, 28, and 30 years young. By the time i was leaving, his 32-yr-old daughter was married, preganant, living in daddy's home waiting to pop, with her husband. He's now living happily ever after with some nice lady, or living happily ever after with his "kids".
IF there's a perfect daddy somewhere under a rock, i'd attract them.

Actually the original doesn't have the retrial version! This is an amazing update. I always believed there wasn't enough evidence to prove which one did it. I also know my boys have lost their tempers before, and one brandished a knife. He grew into a fine young man and obviously didn't kill me. Ok. Im only 30 seconds in and it has to be the husband. That was some of the WORST acting I've ever heard on a 911 call in my life. I guess we'll see if I'm right.
I get frustrated while watching these shows all the time. Be it because of the content or due to the fact that "parts" related to the episode are missing. This time it's the content. How can a person be killed and no one gets held accountable when there are two people present during the murder! Means and motivation overwhelmingly point to the husband!

Kevin Kyne aka Kevin Karakash, the latter his birth name, started a brawl in a bar September 2016, a 2nd degree felony in Florida.
William Kyne, an "aggressive" motorcyclist, was arrested May 7, 2019 after swerving intentionally into a group of cyclists along Gulf Blvd, sending Dr. Lane Ziegler to the hospital. The lead cyclist spoke to a news reporter who told her the motorcyclist was shouting profanities as well as being right by his handlebars. A description on May 2 was issued to the public along with a grainy image from a camera, adding that a red, white and blue flag was painted on the back of the storage compartment.
A last tidbit. William Kyne collected not only life insurance on both wives, between 2009-2010, $76,000 for a fire at his auto business and $20,000 for a fire at a house he was renovating.
Maybe both were involved, agreeing to split the life insurance, accusing one another.
Krista Kyne was 45 when she "drowned." Diane, 49 when smothered or strangled, a different way to "drown."
That is one evil man. He is a serial killer and actually set up that woman's son for her murder.
Not a Serial Killer yet one has to kill 3 people to make him a serial killer
I don't like the step-dad. Just gives me a negative vibe, "You're 23 years old time to be on your own" like that is easy for young people nowadays.
That father did it. All he had to do was get some blood from the son and place it on the mother. He set that kid up. He had 750,000 reasons to kill her.
Sooooo..... If the son was acquitted and there were only 2 people at the scene, why was the daddy not charged???
So if they found the blood on her and on the sheets then he must have had some marks on him that showed he got hurt during an altercation right? so why didnt they have any pictures of any injuries? Somethings not right. That boy musta been set up.
*Lie detector test?*
Not admissible.
