    How to make (Hot Chili Sauce)ແຈ່ວບອງ ອາຫານລາວ/ Homemade style)

    Jeow Bong/Chili Hot Sauce Recipe
    Ingredients:
    2 cups crispy fried shallot
    1 cup crispy fried garlic
    1 cup galangal chopped & minced
    1 cup cooked cow skin cut in small pieces
    1/2 cup kaffir lime leaves slices in small pieces
    1 cup dried chilies smashed
    1 4oz. bag dried large chilies / Guajillo chilies pepper
    1/2 cup fish sauce
    1-1/2 cup water
    1/2 cup sugar
    2 tbsp. chicken flavor
    1/2 cup garlic oil / from crispy deep-fried garlic
    1/2 cup ground pork or pork ride (Optional)
    "We used pork for this recipe, but you
    may use any protein or meat alternative
    of your choice"

      You can eat with sticky rice, beef jerky, I event eat with my fried rice or you can put in the fish soup or deep-fry fish, etc.

    Hello ! Is it 1 cup fried onion or is it 1 cup fried garlic ? You showed garlic, but I did not see it in the description box. Thank you.

    This is not how to make jeow bong. This is how to make chili oil. Jeow bong dont have oil as it will rancid. What part of Cambodia u from? 🤣.
