    My boyfriend is Laos and I love Laotian Food. A lot of the food is similar to Cambodian Food, but I don't think there is a Cambodian dish like Jeow Bong other than the shrimp paste for dipping mangoes. I am so happy I found Nana

      I just bought this stuff at an Asian grocery store. It's the oily kind. I thought the clear things were onions. I think they are bc it's not that chewy. I'm not eating cow/pork skin 🐩✋. Sorry, it's just my preference. My parents voices echoing in my head: you are so Americanized 🐩✋.

    • @CookingwithNana
      @CookingwithNana  8 років тому +1

      Unfortunately, you can't remove the chili after it's been added. The only way I know to make it less spicy would be to make another batch but without the peppers. Then mix the first batch with the second.

    • @oukhamnahaidaew7433
      @oukhamnahaidaew7433 6 років тому

      Pearly yes you can fix it by adding a bottle of roasted pepper paste in a bottle or by adding dry shredded pork and fried garlic and fried ognion
