guys how is it going, just want share that i do 500 squats a day but i do it first in 17 mins and 18 seconds and now my best timing is 14:08
How sore were y’all the following week
I do 300 squats non stop from the speed skater stance leaning foreward hands behind back 5 to 7 days a week. Im 50 and it keeps a real spring in my step and helps me stay explosive. 500 regular squats may be a bit beyond me, but a challenge is good so who knows. Keep up the good work.
Yo these dudes actually have inspired me to eat healthy whole foods and work on my body weight work outs more often/daily. Getting that good money!

I did this 2 days in a row and burnt out at 225 squats .My legs feel like newborn baby calves and it'll really set in when i wake up. Im not even in half a shape as these guys so I'm impressed I could do that many because I've never done that many at once. Anyway I'm going to stick with it for 30 days. And maybe I can make a UA-cam video of my results. 😊

Can you get big legs by bodyweight squats ? Wich routine do you recommend
500 squats a day. 5 sets of 100. 1 set = 20 Jump squats, 20 sumo 20 with a pause, I do the squat to middle height and I go a lit down and I then I go up is like reboting. And 20 normal squats. 1 set, 60-90 seg rest and then again

TheSamuelKStuff everybody has a unique placement of muscle in their body, for example some people have crooked abs while some people have completely symmetrical abs. It’s purely genetic and has nothing to do with your workouts, it’s simply the way your muscles are “inserted” on your body. Dan was simply commenting on the fact that the middle guy has a satisfying physique because of his body build essentially.

I did sets of 15 every minute, something like 35 rep plus 25 last for last set to make it 500 took me 2 hours though 😅man watched more a less the whole braveheart 😅😅

I was able to do this today and I felt so accomplished because I didn’t know I could do it. I actually set my timer to 30 minutes but I was able to finish all 500 squats in less than 20 with about 13 minutes and 20 seconds to spare 😁
