      Type on yt "1000 pushups in a row! BARSTRONG". Try to find someone who can do 1000 PUSH UPS IN A ROW under 40 minutes with perfect form and without moving hands from the floor like this dude. 😉💪

    Much respect. That ain’t easy at all! Just interested if that is actually the perfect form to do squats with your knees over your foot line?? I’ve heard this will mess up your knees

      Every one is different I think with body weight your ok but with weight defo mess ur knees

      That’s a myth. If you think about going up stairs, your knees will past your toes. That being said, everyone’s build is different (femur length, hip structure, mobility, etc.). Thank you 💪🏽💪🏽

    Great effort. I did 2000 squats in 1hr 8min, but my squats were about 90 degrees but I did not lock my hands behind head , instead put them around ears, which is harder.
