I was doing military press and lifting for my deltoids, but everytime I worked out I felt lower back pain. I switched to these exercises and I'm getting the same intensity with much more safety. Thank you guys.

Dope, great compound workouts. Though I advise most beginners not to engage on some of the exercises exhibited here to avoid avoidable injuries. Shoulder joints are one of the easiest joints to pick up injuries and most of the exercises here require the executioner to get the posture and movement right for a safe delivery.

What about decline push ups, dips and inverted rows for a beginner? Will those build up my shoulders?
@@polynesianmovtgp7439 bro, they can, but to some extent. I must be honest with you, If you get them right (your posture and movement), they can give you a reasonable results, but not like the ones your favorite body builders have. To build an eye catching muscles, you need external weights that can challenge your muscles more than they are used to. But it's all about your goals, if bigger muscles are not your thing, then this exercises you mentioned will definitely give you the results that you need. Especially with consistency and kitchen discipline.

A lot of people don't realize with the proper time spent training they to can look like or close to these guys. People think great bodies are only attainable with drugs and that's not true. Look at gymnast their bodes aren't enhanced with drugs. I respect these guys people just don't want to put in that work.

@@TheMan-oe9yq lol 😂 😂 maybe you're just one of those people who will take drugs to become what you can't achieve with hardwork and dedication. I've watched so many guy taking drugs my guys and I use to bust them out on all lifts natural under 190pd. We use to laugh at the bad smelling pimped guy. It's call hardwork no drugs needed. Oh and gymnast are real people don't be jealous of their physics learn from them.
