    Dear Hansa ji.
    Look beyond subjective knowledge of this asana. Tell the public how much time to be held in this pose for complete benefit.
    May be 2 minutes, 3 or 4 .duration of holding Asan is missing.
    You people gave us superficial knowledge and do not tell us deep .
    Please improve your videos to guide public.

      Empty stomach is suggested as this is an intense twist. 20 minutes post having fruit is okay
