Another tip for fertile cervical fluid is to get off of any allergy medications you might be taking, such as antihistamines, as they dry out your body and replacing them with a more natural alternative
If I hadn't started taking my temperature, I never would have known I ovulate early and have a long luteal phase! I ovulate on day 10-13 in about a 26-29 day cycle. So thanks to that, I finally conceived on cycle 6 on cycle day 10! 9 days later I threw up, and 3 days after that I got a strong positive. Because of this, I've also chosen to calculate how far along I am and my due date based on my ovulation day
Primrose oil doesn't work for everyone. It does cause uterine contractions, and I realized that when I started bleeding mid cycle before ovulation. Also I didn't get a single positive ovulation test while taking it and didn't get pregnant. The month I stopped taking it, I got a very positive ovulation test and got pregnant. Still pregnant now, 20 weeks. Just to say be wary that what works for someone might not work for everyone.
From what I've seen, everyone who takes it during their follicular phase has had their temp shift 4-8 days later than usual. It's great to take during your luteal phase if you're TTA, though!
I think it’s important for partners to also make changes, both my partner and I started taking maca and I took vitamin code raw prenatal (still do) and he took the men’s multi vitamin version for 3 month before we started trying. We would both drinking loads of water, about 3ltrs a day. Cut all caffeine, switched to decaf coffee and juicing so loads of fruit and veggies in us every day. Eat clean, practice meditation, mindfulness and visualisation, write letters to the universe about my (future) pregnancy and TRY to relax, easier said than done I know. After 2 miscarriages in 2018 I am now 28 weeks pregnant with a healthy boy 🤗🥰💙
This is fantastic advice, my husband and I are TTC in a few months and we're starting all that you've mentioned! I didn't think about journalling to the universe though, that's great. Congratulations on your pregnancy!
Idk if you'll see this but Anthony Williams book Life Changing Foods has a section on foods for pregnancy (as well as foods for if you're trying to conceive)
Yayyy I love videos like this! We’re not TTC yet but will be soon so I have been doing everything I can think of to help boost my fertility. Eating healthy, taking prenatals, taking a hormone balancing supplement, reading up on all things pregnancy/ birth related, working out more, and charting my cycle of course!
I just found out I'm 4 weeks pregnant! I had very irregular cycles and self diagnosed myself as estrogen dominate and insulin resistant. I started taking myo-inositol powder and tracked my cycle on an app. When I got my first positive ovulation test we used PreSeed lube and Bam! Pregnant after two months. It's a miracle I feel so blessed. Thank you for making this video. Keep the pregnancy videos coming!

Before when I've taken it I take it throughout my cycle, taking a break during my period. The cycle I got pregnant I slowly stopped taking it after I found out I was pregnant.

What brand of Vitex were you taking & what dose?
Hi when did u started taking vitex? 1st day of your periods or After your ovulation ? I am also having luteal phase defect pls help me! I'm struggling to get pregnant 😣
Can you take vitex while you are pregnant? Or is it good to go off.
you are actually so beautiful!! how is someone this perfect?
Love this video!
What do you think about conception lube? It's like a lube that helps transport the sperm and makes the vagina at optimal PH for conception
I've heard of Pre-Seed, but never tried it myself. Couldn't hurt to try if you're having difficulties with eggwhite fluid around ovulation.
I’m having the same problem after getting off the pill in oct. Just curious, how did you know you were spotting for that many days before your period?
I chart my cycle so I can see from that when my new cycle actually started and therefore how many days of spotting I had prior to that.

When do i start taking vitex?
