God that exhaustion! I'm almost 10 weeks and it's so intense. The other day I went to the grocery store and I was so tired when I got back, I started crying while I was cleaning the pan to make food. Like a toddler. it was insane, lol.

Lol I underestimated this fatigue. I'm in the military and I've gone without sufficient sleep for weeks at a time but this feels so different. I don't have the motivation to even push through the afternoon without a mid day nap

I am 8 weeks and omg ladies I am so tired all the time! My head hurts so much, they say that’s due to extra blood being produced. I am just falling asleep everywhere! I do the dishes and I need a nap after. I eat and I need a nap! I need a nap after my nap! I can’t wait for the 2nd trimester. Really hope I have more energy to do more.

A nap after your nap 😂 This is me! My bd is sick of me taking naps. I have a 6 y/o and she’s on the spectrum of autism. And she doesn’t understand at all. It’s so hard. I also have anxiety of this 2nd baby having autism. It’s pretty bad. I considered abortion. Although I’m totally against it! My emotions are not helping me At All.
Anyways, congrats to you. And sending positive vibes to you and baby

I was exhausted like that in my first pregnancy and now I’m in pregnancy #2 and had crippling nausea every second I was awake until 10 weeks! It was brutal with my toddler depending on me all day long. Finally feeling functional at 11 weeks. Enjoy your second tri!

@@salonyanand3047 hey sadly it took me till i was 16weeks i believe buuuut trust me it does get better even though i lost about 20lbs in the beginning i gained it all back once the nausea went away just make sure to eat the moment you feel hungry eat before you sleep so that you dont feel like shit once you wake up and stay hydrated!!!! If water taste nasty then mix it with the little packs of flavored powder yk idk whats it called go grocery shopping for snacks!!! Carry snacks with you at all times too and a plastic bag too just in case you dont make it to a trash or toilet and sleep sleep sleep as much as you can ppl told me to start walking and continue to exercise which i did but iy didn't even work bc i had my daughter at 40weeks and 5days so dont worry on being active in the beginning you still have so much more time do all that towards the end

I'm a teacher and only at 8 weeks. When I have to explain something for 5 minutes I'm out of breath... Insane...
And my mood... omg, it's like having constant PMS! I am MEAN! I stop myself sometimes mid-sentence, but sometimes I just rip into the people I love most. I hate it so much. I firmly believe it's all worth it, but man do I hate it xD

  • @lucypovey2972

Wow I love seeing how organized and sorted you are (I know it probably doesn't always feel like that to you!). I'm all over the place, 9 weeks now and I literally slept until 1.30pm yesterday then got really productive in the evening and finished making a cushion cover I've trying to for days, then I woke up early this morning and had loads of energy and went crazy re-organizing part of my living room to take photos! Had lunch and that's me for the week I reckon! I'm going to try and organize myself so I have some priorities but it's so hard when I let things build up so badly... thank you for being the light at the end of the tunnel - it helps me visualize how I could be doing things haha!

@@dasiamay2324 it’s tough. I get false hope at nighttime where the sickness eases off and so I make plans for the morning, set my alarm for work and my exercise but as soon as it’s 4.30am the sickness reappears 😭 and when I need to get up, the insane fatigue begins with the dizziness, so I need to cancel my plans.
Good news is, if you’re 10 weeks like me, we have just 2 weeks to go for the second trimester and our 12 week scan 😍
Good luck to you, it’ll all be worth it in the end

I am very interested in going and was curious what your experiences were, if it is worth it, and how you are implementing what you learned in that course now? Have a great weekend!

    Hi Victoria,
I've been watching your journey for about 3 years. You've inspired me to quite birth control and start using fam. I've been using fam for about 8 months. I'm seeing patterns and been improving my overall health and menstrual cycle.
With using FAM, I've been using the lady comp to give me more confidence. I have a questions as you've been using daisy...
In the beginning of my cycle, post period, I have dry days. My lady comp will give me about 3 or 4 red lights, even though they are dry days... how would you proceed. My lady comp has been giving me about 14 to 15 red lights each cycle. So much thanks for your advice.
