That and being helpfull and ease of entry. I needed glasses 15 years ago so I needed an eye test. People had been misusing the free eye exam to get a prescription and than go shop for cheap glasses. I just wanted my eyes checked and then buy glasses at that shop. Three shops said I had to pay for an eye test and were really bitchy about planning for the test as well. One slightly more expensive shop was cool and chil, booked me in half an hour later and I have been with them 15 years and 3 new perscriptions later. The store is also famous for giving out things like microfibre cloths and new cases if you lose them, as long as you are a customer. Also a walk in cleaning service for your glasses. I could save a couple of bucks somewhere else but the service is so hassle free that I never want to go somewhere else.

I can understand the shops because to many people exploit the free eye tests. The shop i get my glasses from for 20+ years won't charge for the eye tests if you buy your new glasses there. And most other shops do it like that too.
I overheard a conversation between two coworkers once where one was talking about his new running shoes. He went to a smaller sporting goods store, tried a lot of shoes for almost an hour with the expert help of one of the employees there and then went home to buy the shoes he liked online at the cheapest website.
This is total asshole behaviour and sadly to many people are like that. Can you try all the shoes at the cheap website? Will you find expert help there? No you won't! But that's exactly what you pay extra for at the small physical store.

But if you ignore me, if these keys appear anywhere but your own steam account for the purposes of conducting a review of the associated product, then you have a problem. For I will find you. I have a very specific set of skills that make me a nightmare for the likes of you. Once again, return the keys, or use them for their intended purpose, and that will be the end of it.
