Boy was this humbling! I initially previewed this vid and thought to myself....I hope this is going to be challenging enough........thinking it looked a little easy for me.....well boy was I wrong! This workout had my muscles crying for mercy....don’t be deceived by the teachers she makes it look so easy......my hat off to you. Will come back so do this again .....just loved the challenge especially on those days you want a good challenging workout without all the jumping around or something different from a challenging yoga class.
Barre is my new fitness obsession. My mother performed and taught ballet for many years--she had the most amazing calf muscles up until she passed at age 93. As I work through your classes I feel I her smile. These workouts are toning and building muscle in my body with a new twist that I love.
I found your workouts about a 2 months ago and am truly addicted, I haven’t found any better barre workouts. I’ve had to stop running due to an injury and I never thought I would find something just as rewarding. Your videos are so well constructed and the high reps are so challenging, feeling the burn. I have done nearly all your workouts over and over again. Thank you and really hoping you will post some more full body workouts. x

I LUV that there is no jumping or high intensity; yet the workouts are extremely challenging and still get your heart rate up!!! Have done just about all more than once! Looking forward to more!
I love your workouts! Since coved I've done 3-5 of them every week along with body combat on the other days. I have more tone in my legs and back then ever before and my flexibility has improved tremendously. I tried this session a month ago and could only do about 60% of every series. Today I did it all, only missing 1-2 reps in a couple of places! I love your calm voice, smooth transitions, and consistent quality. Thank you!
This one was SUPER challenging!! I’ll be doing this 2x a week along with my other barre/Pilates. It’s hard to find advanced lessons that are actually challenging, this one is PERFECT! 👍🏻👍🏻❤️❤️
Oh my goodness. This was the hardest pilates class I have EVER done, or partially done. I couldnt keep the ball in place all the time for the booty work at the barre, so did some of that exercise without the ball. I will work up to that. WoW x

My energy is spent in a balanced way and not suddenly, I do these exercises calmly and at the same time I can listen to my body.- some of these workouts I still can't finish while others I do completely. I am very glad that I can get in shape after gaining weight as a result of pregnancy, thank you very much for giving me a real motivation, possibility and even result to keep on doing workouts with you !

This is by far the best barre workout i have seen. As a belly dancer I been looking for barre workouts that actually train the muscles we use during dance. Yours actually uses ballet moves and feet training . Which is what i need. Thank you for this video.
I love all your videos... This one is definitely the hardest I've done of them.... So great! I love the 30 and 45 minute full body barres! I'm 52 and got a hip replacement last year and your videos have helped get me into better shape than I've been in a long long time. Thank you!
