Aging is a gift and the most important relationship all of us have is the one we have with ourselves.

Hey guys, I have been watching your videos with great interest for sometime now. My partner was 31 and I am 66. I say was because he passed away Monday the 15th from Liver and Kidney disease. We had a great relationship as he was an old soul who loved older tv shows and country music. He was my rock as I survived cancer, a heart valve replacement and a stroke. He was there and took care of me as I did for him in his time on earth. It was wonderful to find someone as well adjusted for his age and knew what he wanted in life. Age was never an issue. He will be missed dearly. I just wanted to say that life is how you live it. We had 8 years together. Robby

Hi Robbi, it's so nice that you had 8 years together, you must miss him so much. I was born in 1957, so I'm probably a tad older than you, like you I manage to find a great soul mate, fortunately we are still having fun together getting together when I was 21 and he was 28, I always liked older guys 😂.

I have been down on myself for a while; I'm 71. But I have to keep remembering that there is an autoimmune disease which will not go away, diverticulitis surgery which went haywire, dehisced twice and no belly button now, broken foot 3 times, kidnapped and beat up badly, had Covid before the shots were available losing a lot of lung function and almost not making it, and finally having Covid again. Yeah, I was really hard on myself. I bet if you look at your life you can find many things to be proud of too! Give yourself a break!

At 66, I’m still working my 4th career full steam as a Tour Director (11 years now) … taking my guests on vacation all over the world. My guests think I’m in my late 40’s, low 50’s … do what you love, love what you do … be authentic to your spirit. Am I single? Yes. Lonely? No. Would I like to settle down again after 21 years of being partnered (single now for 13 years)? Of course … as many commenters have said already, it’ll happen when it’s suppose to … and for now live life to the fullest …

For me aging has been great. As a former dancer, spin instructor, baseball, softball player. My body has been through hell. But, I have taken care of it. The glutes and legs are fine 😀. I have learned how to embrace all of my grey hair on top and bottom 😝! I just need to get my mental back in order! You two are great and love every video you put out! Hey guys, 73 years old, 37 of them with AIDS. I had 34 years with two different men 14 and 20 years, the last one died in 2012. I was fine in the beginning but that was 12 years ago. Being old, gay and alone sucks. I’ve tried to connect once again, no luck. I don’t have enough sugar to lure a younger man and older men want younger men. I was devoted to both men, they died from AIDS. I never expected to be alone at this age. And honestly, I just don’t know how to move forward. I don’t need therapy, I need a man.

I just turned 83 and believe me, my spouse and I are still making memories (he will soon be 74). Are they the same kind of memories we made at 38 or 47? No way. But there is no just sitting around staring at the walls and rehashing the “good old days.” You are where you are in life. Limitations? Adjust and move on. Keep your mind, body and spirit mobile and healthy and as strong as the current phase of your life will allow. Gay “life” isn’t all bar hopping and hookups. Be curious. Explore. Meet new people. See new places. Live large.

I’m 69, 70 later this year. Like many here, I’ve had 2 long term relationships, 22 and 12 yrs. he passed 11 years ago. I love living alone however I’m never lonely. My life is filled with friends and new adventures which, I seek. I can’t help aging but I can help how I age; for that purpose, I work out at the gym, walk, hike and cycle 20-30 miles a day.
The only thing I miss is intimacy which, in my opinion is challenging to get online.
To stay young keep moving, keep challenging yourself; when asked if you’d like to do something especially if it’s outside your comfort zone, your answer should always be: when and where. Enjoy life.
Guess I’ll wait and see if love comes my way again; while I’m not looking, one never knows what’ll happen next.

He died of an unexpected massive heart attack at age 44, 18 months into us. Then an 8 year relationship with a guy 29 years my junior. Now with a married couple in a triad. I AM glad I was young(er) during the 70s and 80s when going out was much more fun. But now I KNOW what I like--and don't, and as they say, I don't sweat the small stuff.

I'm 61, retired, and a widower. My partner was 16 years older than me. Being retired is such a blessing. I am free to fill my time as I see fit (mostly), write, play music, make art, garden, and more. The downside of aging is the grim reaper taking away kith and kin and partner, but I am still alive and am becoming a wiser and more resilient person. The mind, heart, and spirit of a partner (or good friend) is equally important as the body and being healthy is more important than surface appearances. I am authentic, honest, empathetic and communicative and am looking for a partner who also has those characteristics. Good luck to me. Keep making your excellent heartfelt videos!

Love you guys and all your videos! Most important in slowing the aging process is a good (mostly organic), healthy plant based diet with lots of anti-oxidants (and of course an active lifestyle with lots of exercise with a healthy balance of adequate rest). . My pic (on this post) was taken at the beginning of this year. I turned 76 on Feb. 9th and most people think I'm in my mid to late 50s, 60 max.
    "
I lost a lot of chances in my younger years to find the love of my life, mainly because it was much more dangerous to be out of the closet than today, thus creating a form of a little internal homophobia. I wish I cold turn back the clock and correct my mistakes.
For the younger guys out there, don't make the same mistake I did! If I can reach just one person with this advice, I'll be a happy camper.

I have always been into Silver Foxes, even when I was a legal late teen.... Not because I thought maybe there was something I could get out of him. I look back on my adolescent years and young adulthood, and realize how innately self-assured I was (even though I was wise enough at the time, to know just how much "a child" I still was). I knew enough I had no biusiness getting into a relationship at that age, when I hadn't even seen the wider world at that time. Now that I'm 50, I don't look at myself as aging-- just holding steady. I knew as kid there were things even then my body wouldn't let me do-- and acknowledged those limits. --- For you, Brian is a beautiful man!!! Breathe him in, with all the blessing he is!!! Been with my husband for 47 years... We're the same age, only a month apart. I don't know where I'd be today without him. Of course we've had our hard times, that's normal in any relationship. In the end, grow together but be yourself too. Save your $ and #1 listen carefully before you speak, don't let your "in the moment" emotions cloud your head...

Is this a moot point? Unless you are a vampire or an immortal. The true question is...how did you live your life before you reach "this" critical age. If you were a "dick" for 70 years...who cares? I understand that we don't want to die alone..but the aging process is a subjective thing. In my solo maturity I have begun to appreciate my wit/wisdom and the privacy is enjoyable. Thanks fellas..you have a great channel.

She had us kids but we were spread out in the country. 2 of us took care of every aspect of a her death & estate. The other 3 siblings couldn't care less until the will passed probate.

And sex is a big part of our culture, and when two men are in a relationship. not sure how sex works with a BIG AGE GAP. A 30 year old can get off 3 or 4 times a day, and they keep it hard a a rock.
