Although I'm starting a bit late, I'm excited to join your recovery series. Your workout videos were instrumental in helping me stay active during my pregnancy, from week 12 to 38, until I gave birth to my baby via C-section 12 weeks ago. Your content was very helpful, especially the video that helped alleviate nausea - it got me through some really tough days! I'm looking forward to catching up on this series and continuing to follow your channel. Your work has been a game-changer for me, and I will always recommend it to others.
Reading this has been very encouraging. Thank you so much. I feel really honoured to have been a part of your pregnancy and postpartum journey, and so glad it's been helpful to you!
I'm a good few weeks behind you now because I had a c-section! It feels really good to take 5 minutes to just focus on breathing. Thank you for the top notch videos as always!
Thank you so much for content. I followed your workouts during pregnancy and felt so strong and capable during delivery and recovery. I just started your PP series today at 4 days PP and it felt so good!
Two weeks postpartum and really looking forward to starting to follow the routine. Thank you for your series, it's not easy to find some guided stretches/excercises for such "early" postpartum stage❤ encouraging
@@bellystrong we are doing fantastic! I'm so thankful I was able to have the natural birth I wanted and the recovery has seemed fast. My little guy is perfectly healthy and I'm feeling blessed beyond measure 🥰 thank you for asking!
Hi! I have a question. Should I repeat this video along my first week and repeat the other videos along each week? For example do I do this every day during my 1st week The week 2 video everyday during my second week postpartum and so on?
It all depends on your recovery and what your body can handle. This video gives a bit more info on what to watch out for: ua-cam.com/video/HFAsa8sF_ZQ/v-deo.html You could one video each day (alternate between Core and Mobility) so you do something every day of the week, or you could add in a couple of rest days. It's difficult to say exactly what you should do as everybody handles different amounts of exercise. The important thing is to go slowly and listen to your body. Hope this helps!
Hello, i have been following your prenatal videos through pregnancy and they were really helpful Can i know when is the earliest i can do postnatal workouts ? I had VD with episiotomy I was hoping i can start these videos 1 week after delivery and may be walking at home exercises What do you think ?
I'm glad to know the videos have been helpful! It's always good to make sure with your doctor, but I can tell you that I also had a VD with episiotomy and I started with breath work immediately after delivery. I waited a couple of weeks, until my episiotomy had healed, before I did any pelvic floor contractions/kegels. Start gently, and if you have increased pain or bleeding after doing an exercise, you'll know that it may have been to much. Hope this helps!
I started with these videos pretty much immediately after giving birth, although I waited some time to do pelvic floor contractions as I had an episiotomy. My workouts weren't very intense at all though; just basic gentle core and bodyweight work!
@@bellystrong thanks so much for replying back. I love your videos btw. I've been following them since I found out I'm pregnant. 36 weeks and 4 days now!
That's so encouraging to hear. I think you're probably one of the regulars then, so thank you for the support! You must be getting really excited to see your little one soon 😊
For most uncomplicated vaginal deliveries gentle rehab can start as soon as tolerated, but I'd always make sure you've been cleared by your doctor. Hope this helps!

Congrats on your recent delivery! And I'm so happy to have helped through your pregnancy and now your recovery 😊
Thank you for this! But music a bit too loud, so can't hear you speaking well. Maybe consider no music or soft music only.
That's great feedback, thank you. Unfortunately I can't go back and change it, but will keep it in mind for future videos!
Congratulations for the birth.🥰
I’m week 3 post partum and starting your recovery videos! Thank you so much for these!!
You're so welcome! :D

So happy hear that everything went smoothly and you're feeling good. Looking at my now 1-year-old, I miss that tiny newborn stage!

Hi belly strong
I was just wondering how long did you wait to start this workout after you gave birth?
