Thank you for another fabulous exercise! i do have a question my skin is quite delicate & thin on right eye as well as a little droopy due to an eye infection that caused the permanent injury. Do you think its okay for me to do this exercise being the skin under the eye brow is so fragile? i truly appreciate your input! sending love from CA -Debbie
I would recommend working to your own level. So do the techniques in front of a mirror and just do 50% effort and then you can just do it a gentler way. Listen to feedback your body gives you ❤️
