Great video. I just want to add weight loss is a result of being in a calorie deficit, your body doesnt care if its carbs, protein, or fats. Yes, carbohydrates are broken down into simple sugars, but it's the bodies preferred form of energy. The human brain is dependent on sugar. I've lost 21lb in 7 weeks eating a high carb diet. I eat bread, past, rice daily and my only exercise is 10k steps a day. I'm not saying everyone needs to eat carbs. the best diet is the one you personally can stick to. My point is that unless you're trying to put on muscle mass, your macros aren't that important. You will lose weight as long as you're in a calorie deficit, your body won't stop burning because you eat carbs.
