Is it okay not to use macadamia nuts?
This looks amazing, but would it work if I substitute the regular flour for almond flour?

Hey I dont think using cornstarch instead of flour will give you the same result since it has no gluten. You can always give it a try and let me know.

if im making half of this , how about the eggs ? do i still am using 1 egg ?
Hey there, if you want to half the recipe, you can weigh the egg, mix the yolk and white and then weigh half of total weigh (approx. 25g)

Hey there you can of course half the ingredients but honnestly you can believe in your self and go for it 😉The most important thing is to freeze dough balls before baking!
