150g of sugar was too sweet for me. I tried 70g of sugar instead and it turned out perfect since white chocolate is already sweet.
did u add more flour to substitute the amount of sugar you decrease?
Instead of white chocolate we used nuts 🥜🥜🥜
@@georgefenrirbitadze4757 yes i added macadamia nuts. my fav
@@annisarossy6151i think it’s not necessary to add more flour, I tried to decrease sugar from my recipes and it turned out fine when it comes to the texture. Not an expert though.

Please make another flavored cookie recipe
Thanks for the recipe, the cookies were delicious! I reduced the sugar by half (75g), 2 medium eggs. I will add more matcha and reduce the white chocolate next time, mine didn't turn that green though. Maybe it's the brand of my matcha? Or I used blond sugar instead of white sugar.
Las hice tal cual la receta y resultaron muy buenas, la única diferencia es que las mías no quedaron tan altas sino más planas no sé si es por el calor del clima
Hello dear. Can i use sweetend matcha powder???
can we do with brown butter?
Measurements in cups ?💕
hii !! how many cookies does this make ?
can i ask what's your vanilla extract?
Can i mix light brown sugar&granulated sugar?
About how many grams or tablespoons is each cookie scoop
can i use regular liquid milk instead of milk powder? if yes, how much?
don't add milk! if you don't have milk powder, you can just omit it :)
Can i change the unsalted butter with salted butter?
sure, it should be fine! if you're using salted butter, reduce the salt in the recipe to 1/4 teaspoon instead of 1/2 teaspoon
what brand cookie scoop do you use?
it's from Norpro :)

not enough butter? idk
hi! i own a small cookie business! i’d say you put too much flour that’s why it didn’t spread. you can also reduce the baking powder to 1/4 tsp instead of 1/2 if you want the cookies to spread ☺️
@@sapphire7673 hi can you give me the measurements in cups for the recipe? Flour, sugar, butter and white chocolate? I see the recipe in the description box but don’t know how to convert to cups? Thank you 😊
@@laniesider2586 hi! i’m not really sure with its measurement in cups since i measure everything in grams when baking for accuracy, but this is my blind guess if you’d like to try!
flour - 1 1/2 cups (you can add more or less depending on your preference. the dough shouldn’t be too runny otherwise it’ll spread too much. on the other hand too much flour will make the cookies too thick and tall. you can experiment with it!)
sugar - 1 cup
butter - 1/2 cup (a stick of 100g butter, then add at least 1tbsp more)
white chocolate - how much your heart desires! 😆 i don’t measure chocolate, i usually eyeball this one depending on how much them want on my cookies especially when baking for myself
hope this helps
1:15 what is this liqid ??? soy sauce or vannila ???????//
Obviously vanilla.. it’s a cookie you can buy those bottles at Sam’s

didn’t work i’m upset
What is the "cream" at 47"? It doesn't show on ingredients list I don't see cream in the video either.
Cream is a verb here as in "cream the mixture together"
