Matcha green tea cookies recipe is available now! 子供の日にぴったりのこいのぼりのクッキーの作り方です。
I made these for tea with my friends and they turned out amazing! These are probably the only cookies I’ve made that don’t taste off or bitter or dry, and the only issue I’ve had was that as an American it was hard to convert precise amounts of oz-cups especially since our butter comes in sticks and doesn’t clarify much lol, tysm though! They were delicious and buttery! And as an avid matcha fan, I absolutely adored them! 🫶🍵
i love your recipes!

Do Japanese people have some special meal to celebrate the return of their relative from a hospital or to celebrate their coming back to healthy living? Something like that. Would be great to know! I'm in the hospital now and your videos make my time there a bit lighter.
Thank you for watching the video and leaving your comment! I think it depends on families tradition on how to welcome ppl back from hospital:) So glad to know that my video makes your life a little lighter, thank you so much for letting me know!I hope you will get well soon! 😌❤️

How do you acquire these recipes? Like family recipe, online, and etc.
Love the video either way though, and your English is really good :))
Thank you so much for your comment! Some recipes have been family tradition and some are from books, onlines with some adjustments. Online recipes are so helpful in terms of learning English!
Can it be rolled out and use cookie stamp?
Lovely !! I will do it but i don't know what do you mean with 1/2 egg.. it is the white or yolk part?
It means half of egg mixture. I hope it helps:)
😅Thank you for having BOTH metric n imperial measurements.
What do you do with the excess dough?
Combine into one and roll out again and bake!
I’m assuming there’s no more refrigeration, thank you :)
They were beautiful, I loved it (◍•ᴗ•◍)❤
Thank you for watching! 💛Beautiful green color from matcha powder!🌱
