Bass player on the street sounds good with his beat box, I think street musicians have more aggression than regular musicians do, they definitely have the passion to play aggressively and precisely at the same time that's for sure.
The best example I've ever seen of using that live looping device . I knew of a local band that used it in Bakersfield . They were almost as good as they thought they were but this blows um out of the water .

Bass player here. There are 4, 5 6 and 8 string basses. 8 strings basses are actually 4 pairs of strings with different octaves/tunings. For the record, I play a 1974 Rickenbacker. It has 4 strings. :)
