Question about the attachments and parts. When u die, u lose the weapon and the parts/attachments I presume? Also, I noticed I can buy multiple parts but in customization menus, it doesnt have a counter on how many I have? Any way to check this?
I believe you do, yes. You lose the weapon and the attachments with it. I don't think there is a counter of how many you have yet. HOWEVER, if you lose your weapon, you can repair it in the Innards for a hefty fee, to "Restore" it to the prior configuration.

There is some people mentioning that the stability stat is a bit wrong, lower stability apparently means less recoil. The stat itself is wrong.
That's a good point- I've just noticed (at least of this video) that increasing one is a decrease in the other.
