Ive been all over yt posting the same comments on how much im really into this game at its current state. I havent been this excited for a game in a long time

How do you like the game? I want to get it at some point once I am more in a position financially. Is it worth it for the price? It looks amazing but Im a bit hesitant.

Question about the attachments and parts. When u die, u lose the weapon and the parts/attachments I presume? Also, I noticed I can buy multiple parts but in customization menus, it doesnt have a counter on how many I have? Any way to check this?

There is some people mentioning that the stability stat is a bit wrong, lower stability apparently means less recoil. The stat itself is wrong.

"i need to find a basic house to spend the night in .. where shall i go" he says moments after clearing a basic house for first fetch quest :) usually first day, do basic tutorial, find trader, loot trader especially for forge ahead books which are needed for making the forge then do closest quest and use that house as starting base. get into the loft, destroy stairs and use ladders to access. Buy a cooking pot and grill from trader to allow you to cook, boil murky water and make bacon and eggs ... you can use the trader for storage whilst you get your base established ... building a basic wood one story house early is a death sentence ... after a few quests you can buy the water filter for the dew collector Benefit of first base in a loft is you can place campfire and cook, later place a forge and smelt without attracting too much attention ... For the skills, usually it is best to spec into one fully to get the max benefit so an archer will also use knifes as the melee weapons and handguns for loud range, this will allow you get better weapons quicker... pack mule early is a waste of points. I hate the learn by reading system and usually play overhaul mods which use the learn by doing system ... Darkness Falls being one of the best .. Sleep through the night you will need a mod .. but later there are specific quests that you need to do in the night .. Good luck on you journey ..

Hi just came across your channel. I love this game I am waiting until the 1.0 release (April 10th) before I play it for the 5th time. Advice. If you are "Stuck" look and build everything you don't have. The upgrades are always better than the lower tier version so it is worth swapping and replacing. You click on the atmo collector to get your water. Lastly because you have moused over it and are suffering from streamer blindness... For the love of god go to the crafter and make the Exoframe tier 2... and also make a biolab (not dome but lab) while you are at it. I look forward to your next stream.

Helpful exploration tip: Carry the resources for a compartment and door = Oxygen refill outpost anywhere you are. Makes resource gathering less grindy and more leapfroggy.

Next time if you find yourself in a thunderstorm with rain outside and wind. Pay close attention to the water droplets on your helmet visor, because there's litteraly "dynamic drip trajectory" depending on how you position yourself relative to the wind.

how much do I have to spend to play it? I dont want fancy ship or anything, just the bare bones.

I love seeing people notice the details of starcit. Its a janky game yet but it has sooo much in it to see and do.

I realize you probably already figured this out since this was weeks ago, but you have the speed limiter set at the default which limits your thruster speed. Its purpose is to give you better control, so you don't apply more thrust than you intend to when you are performing delicate maneuvers such as landing. But when you are leaving the atmosphere, it basically makes you travel slowly into space. In fact, I noticed that you have been using your afterburner to force the ship to travel faster beyond the set limiter speed. If you move the limiter up to the maximum your ship will travel as fast as it can until it hits the limit that you set. The speed limiter is on your HUD and appears as a square over your velocity indicator. As to holding the "W" key, you just need to hit C to set cruise control. When using the map, double click on planetary bodies to focus on them. For instance, if you are going to a moon of arcorp, double click on the planet to show all the objects around the planet. Then double click on the moon or object you want from there. Then choose your location on the moon and set your route. That way your view of everything around an object will be relatively centered and locked on the screen. If you set the route to your destination in the map first, you won't have to deal with all those QT markers. Setting the route will show only your destination marker. After setting the route, it will also show the different steps it will take to get there from your current location. These steps are shown in the upper left corner of the map screen right after you choose "set route". An OM is an Orbital Marker. These are invisible spots that are in space on the periphery of a planetary body. If you choose to travel to a destination and a direct route to that destination is not available because it would plow you through the moon in front of you, the system will automatically plot an intermediary jump to an orbital marker around the moon that is in the way. Most of the time it will plot the detour, although it has a number of problems and sometimes you need to plot a route around manually. There is no save. Your items are yours and in whatever location you leave them in (unless CIG does a wipe). What you are imagining as save is actually just a method of saving your spawn location to your ship before you leave the game. In order to do that you get in bed and use the interaction menu to choose "Logout". As a fellow member of the 'loot goblin' club, I feel your pain, but Star Citizen isn't the best game for that. There are some ways around the issue, but you have few options available to you with a starter ship. If you're at an outpost, you can use local storage, then transfer all the items you found directly from the outpost's local storage to your vehicle. But bunkers don't provide that option. Also, you can't store weapons in the backpack, only items. If you are wearing heavy armor, you can only have two weapons on the armor hardpoint and carry one. There are work arounds, one of which would be to gather up all you can carry and take it back to your ship and put it in ship inventory. Then make another trip. Or you can also drag as many bodies as you can with a tractor beam out to your ship, but your Aurora doesn't have much floor space. The best option is to get or make yourself a big box to temporarily store your items, then tractor the box to your ship. But it won't work with an Aurora because you don't have enough room to place the box on the floor. There are drawbacks to developing a diegetic UI and to obey the strictest immersion as CIG is doing here. You must come up with clever, unique ways to avoid the game being cumbersome. CR is a huge fan of immersion, and it's cool, but it can lead to many of the problems you see here if you aren't careful. I think it adds more than it takes away because if you can get used to it you will feel like you are IN the game. Eventually, CIG will get it, but in the meantime we all suffer.

Sorry, but I have to give you another tip that will save you a lot of time and stress. Refuel at the stations! It's quicker and you save yourself the hangar call...! Every station has outside platforms where you can refuel and do repairs or if you need to go to the "shoilet" quickly ;))))

You have 4 "light" options, the "in-game" glow sticks are temporary, the ones in the CIG shop are permanent then the “L” for ship lights “T” for “torch”?!?! whatever the reason... and "U" for your "under barrel" field light... but you must have bought and installed it... has no advantage unless you have an eye tracker, then you have 2 independent light sources

at Microtech you get a CS because you dont stop, not for fly in a "no go zone" ...Tip : for that is the F4 button "change kamera view" good for you´ll see the "Policeforce" that doing a check on you, and when you try to escape and they crash you get a CS 3 and become a Bounty for other players

@1:39:30 Equip Helmet / Toggle Helmet on/off is not set you must select it manully in the settings under the " ON FOOT " section and no it was not the athmosphere rater than that you dont have a backpack on you, but if you look clously you´ll se a " Hand sign " that mean " to drop " other way to equip things is to use the inventory....! basicly when you press the button for " invt. " you´ll open YOUR´s and that of the building and/or ship you´re in , so you can drag items around

@Prepper Pup 1. Rule of Thumb : " F **** IT " that basicly mean you can play the game allmost complete with the "F" Key, but i suggest to learn the keys 2. "Call to Arms " is a " PASSIVE " Mission aka everytime you kill a Baddy you get a Bonus.... nothing else only a " BONUS " 3. You´ll have only the things on you that you wear !
