The scene with Dean and Chuck talking to one another always makes me cry. Jensen could have played that so angrily but instead he went hurt and lost. A plus to Jensen and Rob for that gorgeous scene!
I read an article that mentioned that scene. It was written that Dean was angry and he was yelling at Chuck. Jensen thought he should play it the way it was in the show and he was spot on.
I’m getting major season 5 flashbacks. Not just cause if Chuck, but I’m remembering Dean’s whole ordeal with believing God and begging for his help only to find out he didn’t care. One of Dean’s most emotional moments. So yeah makes sense for him to be hesitant and less than thrilled to be working with God
Yes, this was another really good episode. They continued the profound discussion about God and God's role for humanity. Remember that Amara is Dean's Cosmic Girlfriend which makes it hard for him to want to help kill her. My favorite line in this episode was when Donatello yells out "WHAT HAPPENED!!!"
I stopped watching after season 8 but last year I saw a clip with Chuck as God so I went back and binged season 10 through 15. Just because of that. There are some interesting things ahead and I can't wait to see your reaction to all of it.
It’s cool but weird to see Sam be the one to geek out. I mean yes all off us would feel out if we met God, but Dean’s usually the one who geeks out about stuff while Sam remains the more straightforward one in a situation. So yeah nice of them to change it up a bit
Just saw the guy that played Lucifer on this on x files lol. This is cool moment been building since season one when dean and Sam has had cases and discussions about god and angels and religion lol. Dean always been the skeptic and the one wanting to ask the hard hitting questions lol. Where you been Chuck lol. Yeah dean got a cosmic girlfriend in amara who's gods sister lol. Dating Chuck's sister is that weird lol.
Yeah agree he's disappointed with us. We disappointed with him lol. Love their conversation with god Chuck lol. Love anything we find out about god Chuck lol.

If there's one emotion Jensen has mastered, it's "Heartbreak"
@@patrickmcguire7896 Jensen really is one of the best actors out there. Period. His choices lend so much to every character he plays.
@@yearofdiscontent4936 This is a perfect example of the actor knowing the character better than the writers
My favorite part of this episode is Donatello yelling, "WHAT HAPPENED?" at the top of his lungs lmao.

Dean has a good reason to compare chuck to john their are some similarities
"Just another deadbeat dad with a bunch of excuses."
-Dean; season 5, episode 16
Sam and his enthusiasm for Chuck is adorable but kinda weird.😅. I’ve seen much younger Donatello on some older shows recently.
Sam was definitely fangirling!
just run through amara? im betting it would split the impala or be worse than hitting a 12 inch solid steel pole.
In chuck we trust ? Lol

I'm not sure if you know or if someone told you yet... but do you recognize Donetello?? it's the actor who played Holtz in Angel ....

yep this season isn't my favorite not a good storyline but there are fun stuff to come

I think it ties in there characters the way they did that. Dean was always a skeptic and Sam always had faith.
Misha is doing a great job as Lucifer

I feel a touch of sadness about Metatron though. Ok
It passed whew
when an angel loses its grace it is given a soul by god.
Dang she crunched him up lol. WHAT HAPPENED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! God some explaining to do lol.

I was kinda glad to see metatron get killed even though he did redeem himself
He was never redeemed in my eyes and I'm glad he died screaming. Sorry if that makes me sound sick
