USS Voyager A VS USS Titan (Q Interference?) - Both Ways - Star Trek Starship Battles

Today we put the USS Titan (Rikers) against the USS Voyager - A, commanded by Admiral Janeway.
Both of these ships are advanced, but the Voyager A may have a slight edge here, with it's possibly Borg Inspired beam weapon.
Will the Q Continuum get involved?
Played from both sides in Star Trek Bridge Commander Remastered.

If it wasn't for Wesley Crusher, and the Klingons, Riker would be my least favorite TNG character... There was that one time that Riker was poking fun at Picard on Captain Picard Day. Now that was funny.

I LOVE the Voyager-A design. Definitely no contest on who the winner is.
I bet Janeway had a hand in developing Voyager-A. Chances are she oversaw its construction. I wonder if Voyager-A had a quantum slip stream drive.

It’s such a nice ship isn’t it! I would think it most certainly does have a slipstream drive. I’m still catching up with ST prodigy, but the Voyager A is in that as well. The Dauntless is a nice looking ship as well. Sorry to hear that Trent I hope your ok buddy. 🖖
Thank you I appreciate it. Yeah the Voyager-A in Prodigy for the most part looks great but the nacelles just don’t seem right. That’s just me.
now now this is a simulation at space dock, just Janeway and Riker having a friendly competition that might have gotten a little out of hand, and Janeway isnt going to passive agressively tease Riker with and remember Janeway is Admiral by the time the second Voyager exists.
The beam is clearly made of replicated coffee heated to a piping hot one trillion degrees and then shot at the enemy ship.
Janeway: The coffee maker must have its own dedicated power core, and the most effective surge protector known to every species in the universe!
Tech Guy: Look, admiral, this ship has coffee makers in every room! At this point, we might as well redesignate the entire class as the Starbucks class.
Janeway: That's Not Enough Coffee Makers!

Loved the Vivace class. Voyager did buy the Isokinetic Cannon and it was installed, the problem with it was the power conduits&efficiency. That beam weapon could had been installed in the Voyaager-A. Only thing I didn't like about the Vivace class is the thin secondary hull, it could had been widen. I used BLENDER to modify it to be wider. IMO, Janeway should had asked Q for a favor to help them find a derelict ship that they can study&reverse engineer tech like an abandoned Voth or Krenim ship. Also Janeway should had asked Boothby if they could stay in one of the Species8472/Undine's TerraSpheres and rebuilt Voyager with upgrades into the Vivace class to incorporate the new faster than warp technologies like transwarp, slipstream and coaxial warp. Maybe should had asked to keep all of them too instead of the Undine destroying them and their locations so that Voyager has a safe port to travel in between on their destination towards Earth.
The beam is supposed to be a special Borg cutting beam. Naturally given to Voyager-A.

That seemed to be akin to the Borg cutting beam that was used on thr Enterprise-D (same sound effects and everything)
I think thats a adapted borg cutting beam. its designed to weaken the sheilds around the impact point then cut through the hull.

I don't understand why the Voyager A is so powerful. What class is it? It doesn't look like a battleship and if it can take on a Luna Class Heavy Cruiser and the Connie III cruiser which is equipped with all 25th Century gear, it needs to be more than a heavy cruiser. It looks like it can take out an Inquiry Class.
*Edit:* It is a Vivace Class Exploration Cruiser, I would call it a "Large Cruiser." It has x13 Type XII Phasers, several launchers, Isokinetic cannons along with other experimental fittings and nifty regenerative shielding. It was built in 2390 and pretty big at 511 Meters long at 3.2 million tons. Compare this to the Luna Class which was commissioned in 2380. I would go so far as to classify the Vivace Class as not a typical battleship, nor battlecruiser due to its protection compared to the Inquiry and Odyssey classes (or even Sovereign). It may be considered like a 'Pocket Battleship' or Large Cruiser in the WWII era, a ship with just under battleship guns (11-12 inch guns), but much better protection than a heavy cruiser, but not enough to protect it against battleships. Examples of this type of ship in WWII was the Deutschland Class Panzershiffe (and the unbuilt successor class the D-Class) and the USN's Alaska Class. The Vivace Class has almost the firepower of a battleship, but not quite, and has much better shields than a heavy cruiser like the Luna, but not quite as good as the Inquiry or Odyssey. A Luna and Connie III vs. a Vivace is actually not an even match and this outcome is correct. It is like a Baltimore Class Heavy Cruiser and Des Moines Class cruiser taking on the Alaska. The smaller ships would get murdered even with the Connie III's newer weapons and shields. She's just not a big enough ship for the big guns/shields.
still dunno why they changed the ships name...like making it a flagship was one thing...having a titan as the flagship would have been pretty cool

But seriously, I'm not familiar with the Voyager A, but that beam weapon looks similar to the phaser lance, just not quite as powerful. It still goes through shields pretty well.
In the first fight, you were right, the Titan got carved up like a roast.

Just blabbing, but shouldn't the Excelsior A be the Excelsior 2.0? I honestly don't like the bridge commander Excelsior A, just like I don't like the Titan A being the Enterprise G, it just doesn't fit😂.

The neo-connie/Shangri-la class is a beautiful ship no doubt. But the original Luna class is just an epic design.
To cut through the shields, wouldn’t you just constantly chance the phaser frequency till you find the right one and just use that ?
Nope . In Canon phasers disruptors yada yada are all at certain frequencies which are well within the spectrum of Starfleet shielding . That's why when you have new alien baddies they happen to be able to cut right through Starfleet shielding .
Not against post Dominion War Federation Adaptive Shielding.

What is this Voyager A from?
It's a fan made ship. The Voyager A is referenced in Picard though.
I really hate there are other ships get letters to their registries. Does Voyager deserve it? It's debatable. Do any of the other ones we see floating around deserve it? Probably not. I mean Kirk had just SAVED the Earth (again), so in gratitude Starfleet gave him the Enterprise A. Now it's like every ship is honored with it! /rantover
Yeah, the Titan didn't deserve it. I'd say Voyager didn't either.
What puzzles me even more is Enterprise fetish everyone in Starfleet seem to have. Whenever a ship named Enterprise warps in, someone exclaims "It's the Enterprise!", everyone drop what they were doing and just stare in awe, like they just saw a God.
Okay, I get it; it's a flagship, but even if there are newer and better ships already out there, no one bats an eye when they appear, but a ship named Enterprise automatically hogs all the attention. It doesn't even have to do anything. It can just stand there, doing absolutely nothing, while the rest of the fleet is, say, dancing with the devil in the pale moonlight (ooouuuhhh, a DS9 and Batman reference in the same package 😁), everyone will just stare at it with their jaws dropped. Sheesh.
I would say yes voyager dose deserve A because she traveled trough the delta and made it back in one piece and the amount of space they saw there and fight they went in and survived she dose need a voyager A it’s how she made her name and in the history books too
Voyager brought back a lot of data and some future tech. Is that worthy of being memorialized? 🤷 (Bringing back a shipload of crew isn't really noteworthy because you're supposed to do that anyway.) 😆 And how does a small ship crew compare to saving the billions on Earth multiple times? 🤔 I'm just saying if Voyager deserves it, they lowered the bar quite a bit.
@@MisterMarin I'll agree that being the Enterprise doesn't deserve instant respect. But being the flagship means they probably get their pick of the best officers so, chicken and egg?
