The final duel minigame consisted of Randy emulating a chicken with its head cut off while running around attempting to catch a chicken. I’ll leave it to your imagination to guess how that went :)

Im not certain, but the cpus doing the same things in save states is probably cause of seeds. Especially in older games calculating randomness every time an action is performed can be resource intensive, so instead before the game starts a seed, which is just a big set of numbers, is generated that determines what the cpu will do before it does it.
In a way though, keeping the CPUs consistent could be the best way to judge Randy. If the CPUs always do the same things, then Randy is the only variable, and it's a true test of whether or not random inputs can win, or if it just boils down to the CPU more so than Randy.
Don't know if you'll see this, but I just had a wild idea. A Smash Bros video where Randy trains a fresh Amiibo, and you see how strong of a fighter Randy can train the Amiibo to be.

If you mirrored Waluigi's L, you could get a sort of lower-case r for Randy merch. Enough tweaks like that could probably get to you to "legally distinct."

nlg i would love randy and random co to play all of the mario party games. probably would be easier hooking random co onto a n64 or n64 emulator aswell as ds and 3ds (emulator or not)
