The calabrian chili paste can be gotten at trader joes under the name "Bomba" for only a few dollars as opposed to every online store charging way to much.
Brad! I'm so happy you chose Aji Amarillo! The easiest meal you can make is Papa Huancaina! Boiled potatoes topped with a blended sauce of the Aji Amarillo, galletas (crackers), and farmers cheese. Garnish with olive and hardboiled egg.
I will not cook without my fermented chilli and garlic paste. my houseplants are all exotic peppers. life is pointless without some heat...thank you guys..loved it
Yellowbird is one of my favorites! I was living in Austin when it was first introduced and now I can’t live without it. I’m very happy they have a wider distribution now, so I can find it basically wherever I am.
YELLOW BIRD HABENERO CONDIMENT! I love that stuff. I first had it on a grilled cheese. Its everywhere in Austin, but was hard to find at the store for a long time. But now I have a giant bottle in my fridge. It's probably my 50th one. It goes on everything.
Fun fact you can make your own Ají Amaraío pepper sauce with ají peppers they sell them frozen at most Latino markets that are kind of bigger you basically just use oil pepper and a little bit of cilantro and toss it in a food processor or a blender and Bam you got that yellow sauce in the jar for like a couple of dollars.
it's actually cheaper to buy it if you do the math. I still do it on my own sometimes if i want a different consistency for cooking with it, but it's cheaper to just buy.
Where's the Harissa People ? Please tell me you know what I'm talking about, it's a Tunisian chili paste , and honestly it's LIFE CHANGING! Try Harissa guys!
For me it's sambal. There's dozens of varieties and I tend to go for the hotter ones, like the hot Badjak. They're Indonesian chili pastes btw. And I combine that stuff with everything I want to give some kick to!
This was a really fun video, Zaynab's tomato sandwich on that fried bread looked so delicious. My newest spicy condiment find is the Momofuku Black Truffle Chili Crunch. So yum.
In my humble opinion the best showcase of aji amarillo is tacu tacu, it's effectively the combination of fried rice and re-fried beans and it is amazing.
When I first saw this video I realized that we had a jar of Inca’s Food Aji Amarillo in our pantry that we had bought a while back but didn’t get around to trying. It’s awesome! So very delicious. Sometimes I just go to the fridge and eat some with a spoon.
Calabrian paste is legit some of my favorite stuff ever, amazing condiment that elevates sandwiches to a new level. Good choice on the El Yucateco as well, the green is amazing but you can't go wrong with any of their choices. I love the black garlic sauce, super big umami flavor
Yo! this video really opened my eyes and tastebuds to brand new ideas. Never have I thought about adding spice to a grilled cheese! Or a condiment for sandwiches, any of these ideas! Soo looking forward to trying these out as soon as practical!
Unpopular opinion, I'm against cheese pulls; every bit of cheese you pull is cheese no longer in your sandwich. Proper flavor distribution is everything.
my pub makes these amazing chicken wraps with spring mix, cheese, bacon, avocado, tomato, onion and mayo(i believe)...and the green sauce is amazing on it. i also add it to ranch to dip my fries in
Chili crisp, Hoisin, Bullsheads, then dump a ton of garlic, cilantro and scallions into it, mix and top with white pepper, and baby you just tripled your hotpot sodium intake
A friend of mine gave me a bottle of the El Yucateco that she bought while on a cruise to Mexico. I have since seen it in local stores. Maybe the bottle was old or "counterfeit", but it tasted like a chemical. Was not pleasant whatsoever. I think I should buy a bottle and try it again, cuz the Pro-Chefs are giving it so much praise.
Honestly, just buy some fresh chile peppers at the store. They’re great sliced, quick pickled, blended up, etc. and you can make tons of hot sauce for like 20 cents.

Yellowbird is one of my favorites! I was living in Austin when it was first introduced and now I can’t live without it. I’m very happy they have a wider distribution now, so I can find it basically wherever I am.
I'll have to try Yellowbird, my go to habanero sauce has always been secret aardvark for fruity spices
The orange habanero el yucateco is my go to. It's got a more complex flavor than the just spicy of the green one.
The green habanero el yuca is one of my favourite hot sauces of all time
we need more Chris and Brad!!!
I just tried out the habanero honey butter… life-changing!
legit bomb here, Chris Morroco + Brad = best pairing. More or this please!
How did she miss the opp to put the green hot sauce (el yucateco) on a fried egg, perfect breakfast hot sauce
I love the Brad Chris team! More Brad please

Yucateco !!! I like all the "colors" (spice levels and flavors) but green and red is my favorite. The green one has a very distinct flavor
Yesss the yellow bird hot sauce is probably the best I’ve had so far.

Like to see them all make their own hot sauce and taste test each others.

Harissa, Pesto, Provolone and Turkey, on ciabatta or sourdough bread…. Toasted, HEAVY BUTTER!!!! Sooooo good.
i may be out of the loop, but when are we gonna get more it’s alive?! i’ve been missing it lately
ok yes. the green habanero sauce is my go to as well. only hot sauce in my cabinet that gets any use.
For me it's sambal. There's dozens of varieties and I tend to go for the hotter ones, like the hot Badjak. They're Indonesian chili pastes btw. And I combine that stuff with everything I want to give some kick to!
Christina spotted in the background! I wish she’d come back!

Like a Laoganma plus truffle? Sounds amazing.
@@Rentarousensei Yes exactly :)

More Test Kitchen videos like this please.
I definitely wanna try that Yellowbird one!! But all of these look good
It’s really good, but a bit expensive for what it is. For that price, I’ll just make it myself!
Now we all need the recipe for that grilled cheese. 😋
My go-tos are spicy ajvar and gochujang. ♥️
Brad isn’t Corporate no more & I love it !!!
Brad and Chris are the only two I would listen to.

Yellowbird is so delicious. 's my favorite on a sausage egg and cheese breakfast sandwich.
There is a black Yucateco, which is marvelous.
I grow my own peppers on my balcony including Carolina reapers.

They know we all stay for brad and Chris that’s why they’re at the end 🥹
did you skip Chris' hot sauce being third?
Glad they are interacting again!!
Unpopular opinion, I'm against cheese pulls; every bit of cheese you pull is cheese no longer in your sandwich. Proper flavor distribution is everything.
Awesome to see Yellowbird yellow sauce on the list, totally a winner.

Im eating some on a pork chop as im reading ur comment. Its my fave mexican hot sauce. I can find this brand EVERYWHERE!!!
The same brand of the habanero hot sauce Kendra had (Yellowbird) makes an amazing Serrano hot sauce
Thanks!
First 3 are already in my fridge along with gochujang
I wonder if the biber salcasi is similar to red schug? (I live in Queens too and totally love the Turkish influence in my neighborhood)
These videos are THE BEST
brad and that yeti hat have seen some things
Honestly, just buy some fresh chile peppers at the store. They’re great sliced, quick pickled, blended up, etc. and you can make tons of hot sauce for like 20 cents.
Peruvian Aji Amarillo (yellow chili) is actually called aji verde (green chili) even though it really is naranja (orange)
Green Cholula is my go to
I never had the green only the red I'm definitely gonna try it.
What do you mean by when tomatoes are in season? Arent theygrown throughout the year?
Theses testing kichens shows are great like what Evan and Kalyn just did
For me it's jalapeño or habanero powders. They both bring flavors better than the routine cayenne powder.
I don’t think Chris was only describing the Aji Amarillo.
Good content.
Good job!.
OK keep it coming
