If you pay a payment in store at a cricket store fee is $5.00 I pay $85.00 for a family plan at metro what is another prepaid plan without paying an extra fee in store?

I never understood if at&t own cricket wireless why can't you receive o.t.a updates when using a at&t phone with a cricket sim card on android?... P.s im not talking about samsung because they are like apple in the sense that no matter what sim your using they push the update through, which is good 👍.
Wouldn't they just be the direct prepaid of at&t at this point being they are owned by AT&T?

I would agree with you there, I guess it all depends on who you ask because there are mixed answers on this.
I think AT&T STILL has their GO PHONE prepaid phones(service?)
And I think that cricket wireless is the OFFICIAL ON THE SEPARATE BOOKS PREPAID CARRIER.
But don't quote me on any if this, lol
I have the $60 more plan,what they don't mention after 22gb they slow you down when network traffic is high. Also the hotspot counts on your 22gb data.
On the $60 plan, you are placed on a higher priority but there is only so much bandwidth to go around (which is the same for ALL the carriers that are out there)

I have 2 lines with Cricket. Both with physical SIMS. Can i just switch SIM to switch the phones on my 2 lines?
You can swap SIMS at any time, no problem.

I tried to help A friend who switched there LG styio 3 from Cricket starts with cricket logo at start to A samsung A-11 that stats with AT&T Logo at start She has the $60 plan which includes 15 GB Hot Spot that dosent work on tihis compatible A-11. I called Cricket Customer Service they told me it is not compatible because it was from AT&T with the Hot Spot.
Unfortunately, Cricket Wireless is particular with certain android phones not being “completely compatible” with their network.
I don’t understand how they are still in business?How are they competitive with the market?

They’re all over. As long as ATT has home coverage in your area and then there’s probably a Cricket store there.

I reviewed your list of recommended cell phones. didn't see the Samsung Galaxy A54 5G listed. can you give your input on this phone? my Current phone Samsung galaxy Sol 2, Android 7.0 nougat. its days are about up.
I've been with Cricket for 22 years. the 40/mo plan, its been affordable & reliable in rural location. where is Crickets loyalty to long term customers? No offers or deals for existing customers. Although new customers can get a free phone. Thanks
If you can get a good deal on that one, i'd say go for it!!
Personal suggestions are good and all, but what carrier do you really use? Cricket, T-Mobile, AT&T, Boost, Mint Mobile, Verizon, Visible, or Metro? It's good your doing this video about it, but if you don't use it then I can't really rely on your opinion.

@@ShanaD2285 I just switched over from Tmobile to Cricket yesterday and i loved the service it’s excellent! I was paying $150 dollars a month it was ridiculous! I payed the remaining balance on my iPhone 13 pro headed over to cricket and took a huge burden off my back. You will not regret it

Mint mobile was bought by T-Mobile, not cricket. They use T-Mobile towers not AT&T. They are not the same.
