- Visible by Verizon LOWERED the price of their $30 plan for GOOD! The Visible $30 plan is now known as the Visible $25 plan. So WHY would Visible lower the price of their 30 dollar plan to 25 dollars now? In this review of Visible Wireless 2023, I share my thoughts as to why I believe that this could very well be one of the very BEST deals when it comes to a unlimited prepaid wireless plan. Visible still has the $45 dollar plan but is it really worth it vs their 25 dollar plan? After all, both of the plans also come with unlimited mobile hotspot. So let's talk about it!!

Recently switched to visible. Been with them for the last couple of months on the 25$ plan. No problems. If no problems continue, I’ll be with them for the foreseeable future.

Cool. Been with Visible since January of 2022 and been paying $25 thanks to the discontinued Party Pay discount that I'm grandfathered in. Don't see the point of switching to another carrier for the time-being.
Been on visible 2 years. Always $25 a month. Got new sim card, still on blade x1 phone. Still use 125GB+ hotspot data.

@@AlexBoyer-fu6oc you're gonna ruin it for others. Once they start realizing that people like you are abusing or bypassing their service, they will get rid of it. Cricket wireless did this

I switched from metro PCS ($76/month) to the $25 Visible plan! I hope I’m not let down !
As long as Verizon doesn’t get “too congested” in your area, you’ll be OK.
I recently tried the Visible free trial, comparing it to my current carrier, Tello for a couple weeks. Using both in the exact same areas from here in north Alabama to middle Tennessee, I found that coverage and strength of connection was pretty well balanced between the two. In some areas Visible gave me more bars, while in other areas Tello gave me more bars. While driving through the mountains of TN, Tello actually gave me good coverage in areas where Visible gave me nothing at all in those areas. At a friend's home in Columbia, TN both are terrible. Overall, I'm staying with Tello. The worst thing about the Visible free trial was the temp phone number I was assigned. Whoever had that number must have been on the run from creditors because I was receiving at least 20 calls and texts a day. It was driving me nuts, so I finally had to shut the Visible line down after about a week. Oh, and another issue I had with the Visible trial was a good friend and I being unable to call one another using the temp number. We both have iPhones and when I'd call her, it'd go directly to VM, and whenever she tried to call me, it went straight to RTT and couldn't make a phone connection. Never had those issues with Tello.

Seems 25 is the new price point for base unlimited plans. Anything higher and your getting into more niche needs. If you can get visible to work for you it is a good option for most. Eddie did you drop your att line that you had on circledin or are you running two lines at the moment ?
As my needs have changed, I am just running one line on Visible at the moment.

It’s the same plan. If you are still being charged $30 then go ahead and chat with Visible and let them know that you want the current going rate of $25.

Wish I knew which plans best for me? To be clear, I don’t have a 5g phone, Xs Max is what I use. So should I do Visible + , orrr Visible ? My only concern is reception , I’ve used the trial and was very pleased with all of it! However which experience did I get using that, 45$ or 25$ plan? If anyone could help me here, I’d be grateful!

I wished they allowed more than one device at a time with their hotspot. That is what is holding me back.

There’s a way around it. Do a bit of searching, you’ll find it.
Connect your hotspot to a travel router, then connect all your devices to the router. I use the gl.inet beryl travel router.
You get get a hotspot travel router to solve that problem.
Does not accept Microsoft Surface Duo 1 or 2! Had to resort to Mint.

@@EB3Studios As far as I know, you need a Verizon specific or CDMA version of the phone you want to use on Visible. Probably in this instance, its a GSM unlocked Surface Duo, which has no CDMA support.
$30 plan has better data speed ?
It’s the same exact speeds as the $25 plan (deprioritized whenever the network is busy).
On the $30 Visible plan with Summer discount. Visible said, when that discount is over, it will stay $30. Price point will not be updated to $25😢
IF that happens, chat with them and let them know that you want to change to the new $25 price point "because that is what the rate is going for" (it isn't a temporarily rate, it's their new reduced rate that is available to ALL customers).
Does anyone else experience call drops with visible?
I haven’t personally had this experience, but I’m curious to see if anyone else has.
I did. 2-3 times on 1-2 hour conversations. But I don't complain.
Finally switched over to US Mobile and so far so good.
