- Watch a convoy of CBRN reconnaissance vehicles, armoured patrol units, military police cars, and other army trucks deploying for NATO Exercise Steadfast Defender.
The four Fuchs (Fox) featured at the beginning are armoured Reconnaissance Vehicles used by Falcon Squadron of the Royal Engineers (but manned by the Royal Tank Regiment). They're used to scout out, survey and detect Chemical, Biological, Radiological or Nuclear (CBRN) agents in the battlefield.
Featured at 0:59 are Iveco Panther Protected Patrol Vehicles. These are air transportable armoured patrol units, and can be underslung from Chinooks.
At 5:53 we see a Mowag Duro, another transport vehicle similar to the MAN but rarely used anymore. These are still used by the Royal Corps of Signals.
Land Rover Utility, Pinzgauers and MAN Logistic Support Vehicles are also deployed with the Royal Military Police and various other corps of the British Army. These are the most commonly used land vehicle types with the UK Armed Forces.
Exercise Steadfast Defender is the largest NATO military exercise to be held since the Cold War. Over 90,000 troops are participating with over 1,200 combat vehicles, over 80 aircraft and over 50 naval assets from all 32 allies, including Sweden. British Forces vehicles travelled by ship from the Marchwood Sea Mounting Centre in the Port of Southampton.

Wow! Those Six Wheelers. I haven't seen the likes of them before. They must be the new Spirits of the Sarrisions and Stalwarts of the 1970s! From my time in Northern Ireland and Germany, way back then.
My word! Don't they look like an awesome piece of kit!?
Thanks a million for sharing this video!
Orgasmic, for an old squady living in old memories! ❤️👍✌️🇬🇧

They're the Tpz Fuchs. They've been in service since 1990 but only 10 for CBRN
Yes its amazing what they have now compared to the ex Viernam stuff of the 80s that lasted thru the 90s in a lot of places and the M113Al is still all over the place.
I looked in an ARMY MAN truck the other day. Microwave hot water a/c tv air this and that more screens than an Arcade power this and that incredible machines I want one
@@AliasifyI served in them from 1995 /2000 when the Royal Wiltshire Yeoman had them
Nice!! Did see black one today...looks newer thou.. square headlights..looked like 77-78'.. no kidding Cobra
Here we go again, brilliant stuff!
I served in the Fuchs NBC recon vehicle for 6 years back when the Royal Wiltshire Yeoman had them great bit of kit and nice to see them still going

Interesting to see the “box bodied” Pinzgauer on the low loader at about 8:20 mins. Not seen that style before. Anyone know much about that variant.
WHy did they cover up the RMP blue lights?
It´s raining in England? I can't believe it ....... 😝😝😝
0:20 just another day at work… wait Wth is that
Deus é grande poderoso que dê sabedoria entelejesia para estes suldados e muita luz para Ucrânia
Nuclear powered?
Didn‘t know the british used the Fuchs?
same, but i also didn't know that they use the Mowag Duro and the Pinzgauer
Yes, we got them in 1991 for the first Gulf War. Four were given to the Queens Dragoon Guards as NBC reconnaissance vehicles. I was a driver in the Troop and we went to Bavaria for our training with the German Army before deploying to the Gulf.
@@christaylor491 ah, thanks for the info
