I don't know if any else gets this, maybe I'm late to the party, but the end of this reminds me so much of many Stone Roses endings where it becomes totally instrumental for almost as long as the actual standard part of the song. I've never thought of this before, but just realized after watching one of your Stone Roses reactions!!! Thanks guys, great reaction. Can't wait for the next one!!!
I love how you guys reacted to this as it’s the same reaction I had when I first watched it - especially Noels solo. Still react the same way after the 504th watch😂
My pulse pumps out a beat to the ghost dancer...my eyes are dead and my throat's like a baaalack hole...and if there's a God would he give another chancer? An hour to sing for his sawouuuul....🇬🇧😎🗣🎙🎶🥁🎸💥👂💯🤟BIBLICAL👍👍
Liam is saying "people who do runners from knocking shops". In English slang to 'do a runner' is to run away. A 'knocking shop' is a brothel. I can only assume that he's talking about people running away from a brothel without paying.
Hard Oasis songs: GMEX 97' Fade In-Out ; Headshrinker (live 1995) ; Bring It On Down (Live in Chicago, 1994) You should watch these, because you will enjoy them!
I'm loving the out of body experience at 6:32 I'm with you on the same trip! What a performance this was.......gotta be one of their best. Btw, he said 'Dave understands that'. I guess 'Dave' ran out of a brothel without paying.....
Ok since you said this is harder, it's time you listen to their other really rock n roll tracks: "Headshrinker" obviously as everyone is suggesting! Then I'd say "Bring It On Down", criminally underrated rock song! Also "Hello", one of my absolute favourites! Anyway you're genuine and great guys, keep it up!💪
Please check out The smiths and The Stone Roses. Oasis were inspired by both bands (as well as The Beatles) and they are just great. Smiths: There is a light that never goes out, This Charming Man, How soon is now, Bigmouth Strikes Again. Roses: She Bangs the drums, Waterfall, I am the resurrection, fools gold, Sally cinnamon, I wanna be adored, made of stone.
Oh also almost forgot, "Fade Away", "Up In The Sky" and "Rock n Roll Star" obviously, their first song ever! All live, since they're faster paced and the guitar sounds hit harder🔥
G-mex video is bloody excellent, but at the time it didn't work being in the crowd. The sound didn't seem to cut through like at earl's court. Not sure what was going on. Just didn't really get into that gig. Was the same watching the verve there 10 years later. Mind you, how many train stations have good acoustics? But yes, G-mex video should be watched as Liam was outstanding that night.
I know you guys are planning on doing a full gig at 1000 subs (should definitely be Maine road 2nd night) but it would also be cool to see a full album reaction at some point.
Same. This album is massively underrated. It’s got some really well written songs on it. This album felt more personal to me. The lyrics had better and more meaning.
U guys see why Oasis is my fav band. They can rock out, slow it down, go psychedelic, etc. The one thing u guys said about them that I totally agree w is “groove”. They are the “groovin-est” band out there, IMHO……Also, pay attention to Whitey on the drums. He’s a great drummer. When I think of tunes like this one, Supersonic, Columbia, Roll w It and many, many others I hear Whitey’s drum laying down the foundation. Good stuff, boys! Love the channel.
You guys need to listen to bring it on down, and headshrinker. They are heavier than the other oasis songs. Also Fade in out is really good (Johnny Depp is on guitar in that tune)
Just tuned into your reactions of oasis and have to say loved your reaction to gas panic at rock in Rio especially at Noel's solo, awesome.you might want to check out Columbia at barrowlands in scotland it's right up there for live performances 💪💪👍
React to Oasis- Some Might say live at Cliffs Pavilion 1995. Arguably the best some might say version in my opinion. Liam’s voice was at its peak and Tony was still on drums! Also it would be nice to see y’all react to something different than the usual, not many reactions of Oasis show at cliffs pavilion in 1995. Anyways, here’s the video:ua-cam.com/video/jMxz9GySiV0/v-deo.html
Watched that entire show again, it's amazing. How about that version of I Am The Walrus? Know they played it a lot then but there's something special about that version, it's an epic closer to the DVD. I love how intimate the filming was up close with the band and crowd going crazy for every song, even Digsy's Dinner 😮
You guys need to watch the supersonic documentary they did for the rise of oasis it's the best documentary I've ever seen
^^^
yeaaah
I’ve also suggested this it’s an epic documentary
Yes they do. Epic documentary
Yes! And the best part is it's on Netflix!
One of the most underrated oasis songs. This is a lyrical masterpiece.
This my top 10!
@@JesusIsLord7773 top 3
in my top 5 by far
Headshrinker live 1995 , PURE PUNK OASIS
This one is so dark. Its haunting. Such a unique song. What a band.
"Knocking Shop" - British slang for a brothel. "Doing a runner" means running away without paying, like in a restaurant.
There’s a place in Shropshire called Knockin and it has one solitary shop. Don’t need to be a rocket scientist to figure out what they called it...😂😂😂
95' LIVE VERSION OF HEADSHRINKER NEXT!!!
Noel wrote this tune when he stopped taking drugs in late 1998 and was having panic attacks as a result of it.
A panic attack in the uk is basically a understated metal breakdown. As in he’s having a funny turn lol
I love this song, the live version is best. Totally relate to it.
Did not know that. Interesting factoid….
i think he also got on valium for a period of time as a substitute for cocaine and such
This is about Noel's experience giving up cocaine. Haunting.
Yes and more specifically the panic attacks he had (for six months!) during his coming off cocaine
Noels such an underrated guitarist, he needs to get back to that on his solo stuff
Agreed- strip it back
You guys should do a livestream of the Oasis: Supersonic documentary 😲
You guys are living the best parts of my life in quick succession, hearing a 'new' oasis song for the first time
I don't know if any else gets this, maybe I'm late to the party, but the end of this reminds me so much of many Stone Roses endings where it becomes totally instrumental for almost as long as the actual standard part of the song. I've never thought of this before, but just realized after watching one of your Stone Roses reactions!!! Thanks guys, great reaction. Can't wait for the next one!!!
Lets all make believe, one of the best B sides they ever did
Headshrinker live 1995, one of liams best ever vocals, pure power!
Spencer looks like Toady from Neighbours, back in the day
I agree with everyone. Fade In-Out from either G-MEX or Earls Court 1997 is the peak of their hard rock.
I love how you guys reacted to this as it’s the same reaction I had when I first watched it - especially Noels solo. Still react the same way after the 504th watch😂
Liam's intro ..... a 'knocking shop' is slang for a brothel !
Arguably one of the best set of lyrics from Noel Gallagher. Another request: "Lord Dont Slow Me Down" is a banger
This was never one of my faves until hearing this version tonight, so thanks lads 🙏
Wembley one from this year is great too
Me too, never heard this version before, its awesome!
listened to Fade In Out on the album, didn't like it. Skipped it every time. Watched the live at Earl's Court '97 -> mind blown. Pure rocknroll.
Congratulations on 1,000 subscribers!
Death in Vegas - Scorpio rising which Liam sings on is fantastic and has a similar sound to Gas Panic. Definitely worth checking out.
Might as well keep recommending it: Swamp Song Maine Road 1st Night (if possible along with Acquiesce).
That guitar playing is fucking brilliant especially from 12.40 when noel throws the slider down 💚
I know you've both already heard it but i would love if you guys reacted to wonderwall from rock in rio 2001. The best live version of wonderwall
That voice echo effect or recorded backing for Liam at 4:30. Woof! Searing.
I'm loving the out of body experience at 6:32 I'm with you on the same trip! What a performance this was.......gotta be one of their best. Btw, he said 'Dave understands that'. I guess 'Dave' ran out of a brothel without paying.....
fade in out at earls court in 1997 is amazing
Headshrinker (live by the sea)
Bring it on down (chicago 94)
Ok since you said this is harder, it's time you listen to their other really rock n roll tracks:
"Headshrinker" obviously as everyone is suggesting!
Then I'd say "Bring It On Down", criminally underrated rock song!
Also "Hello", one of my absolute favourites!
Anyway you're genuine and great guys, keep it up!💪
Bring it on down is one of those songs you don't want to end.
@@tastemaker_87 it's because you're the uninvited guest who stays 'til the end
This one's for people who do runners from knocking shops means dedicated to people who run away from brothels without paying.
You mean rapists?
People who do runners from knocking shops means men who pull there pants up and run off without paying the brothel staff. haha
one of my top 5 songs by Oasis. Andy Bell's bass work here is CRIMINALLY underrated.
Live forever MTV 1994. Pretty please.
The best!
Greatest oasis track of all time. Gas panic
Panic is on its way
Please check out The smiths and The Stone Roses. Oasis were inspired by both bands (as well as The Beatles) and they are just great. Oasis My Generation cover
Oasis - Turn up the sun live Manchester 2005 (they have to stop and start again because the fans break the barrier...crazy)
The best live version of this is at Wembley 2000 but this is a close second!
and Yokohama and Glasgows one
Glasgow and Berlin
Probably only 1 more day until you guys hit 1000 subs great work!
The world was not prepared for Gas Panic at the time of its launch.
Oh also almost forgot, "Fade Away", "Up In The Sky" and "Rock n Roll Star" obviously, their first song ever!
All live, since they're faster paced and the guitar sounds hit harder🔥
Surely Fade In Out from Gmex can't be far off now?!
Not as good as earls court
I hope so, I’ve been requesting it every video lol
G-mex video is bloody excellent, but at the time it didn't work being in the crowd. The sound didn't seem to cut through like at earl's court. Not sure what was going on. Just didn't really get into that gig. Was the same watching the verve there 10 years later. Mind you, how many train stations have good acoustics?

Headshrinker. live by the sea.Still sounds new 🤙
The boys can put on a great show.
STONE ROSES - WATERFALL
My favorite Noel Gallagher lyrics
Same. This album is massively underrated. It’s got some really well written songs on it. This album felt more personal to me. The lyrics had better and more meaning.

Fade In/Out live at the G-Mex 1997
Wembley 2000 is the best version of Gas Panic.
Have these legends done headshrinker yet?
Not yet!
Great to see you appreciate Oasis.✊
loving the videos-now to Born on a Different Cloud- Live version
The solo in that song is unreal
@@K_wood yeah, I think they will love it-I hope you are reading this guys!
Love this song!
Boy get on i am the resurrection by the Stone Roses
React to Maine road 2nd night please. Full concert. It’s the greatest oasis gig ever. Cheers
You did it guy's, you made. It . Fade in out live GMEX next! ;)
Knocking shop, is a Brothel!!😉👍
You guys need to review The Verve live (if you already haven't)...
Noel escribió está canción en su etapa de abandonar las drogas. Supuestamente mientras experimentaba el síndrome de abstinencia
You guys need to listen to bring it on down, and headshrinker. They are heavier than the other oasis songs.
Also Fade in out is really good (Johnny Depp is on guitar in that tune)
Whatever Maine road u gotta do soon. 👌🏻
She’s Electric; Hello; The Importance of Being Idle
Knocking shops, basically a brothel
Great choice guys
Saw them twice in Manchester. Unbelievable gigs, but this is the song they didn't do, that I wish they had. EPIC
Don’t go Away Gmex has to be next!
One of Liam's most heartfelt performances. Singing to his Mam in the crowd i think.
Iv said it before and are say it again
When we’re long gone Oasis will be remembered as we remember the Beatles FACT
You need to watch the oasis documentary “Oasis: Supersonic” it’s amazing!
You guys need to do Headshrinker. You will not regret it!
Just tuned into your reactions of oasis and have to say loved your reaction to gas panic at rock in Rio especially at Noel's solo, awesome.you might want to check out Columbia at barrowlands in scotland it's right up there for live performances 💪💪👍
React to Whatever - Barrowlands, Glasgow 2001, great performance with a Beatles twist.
Shakermaker BBC Radio 1 ‘93

For 1000s. Please do yourself a favor. Cliffs pavilion 1995. Not the biggest gig. But they amazing. Absolutely brilliant.
React to Oasis- Some Might say live at Cliffs Pavilion 1995. Arguably the best some might say version in my opinion. Liam’s voice was at its peak and Tony was still on drums! best live band of last 30 years
lads, this is about Noel’s panic attacks in mid 1998 which caused him to quit drugs..
Please look at the stone Rose's if u love oasis
Listen to this at Wembley 2000 so much better imo
Have to do Where Did It All Go Wrong from Jools Holland 2000.
