- Hi mamas! Today I have a 10 minute Postpartum workout that will be so fun because we get to include our little (or not so little) babies! This is a full body workout with no repeats so you can do it once, twice, three times! as many as your little baby will let you ;) Let me know in the comments below how old your little one is!
Our bodies go through SO much during this time so take your time and be safe while starting to exercise again! You are amazing and I hope you like this workout!

My baby is 4 months and weighs 18lb, this has been such a game changer! He is involved every step of the way and giggles the whole time. No mommy guilt!

16 week old baby weighing in over 14lb. My baby loved it, smiles and giggles, except for the hip raises. she was very sad (bottom lip and tears). So I will never do hip raises ever again XD Deadly on the legs this workout. (bottom lip and tears on my part haha) sore today. Thankyou so much. This workout is great, short and sweet and lovely bonding time with the bubba :)

Started with my 22 pound 10 month old, this kept my sweet girl happy and helped me find something to do with her as well as taking my life and body back.
This is the first workout I've done post partum and it was so much fun! My baby couldn't stop laughing and loved being included.😭

You could sit in a chair for some of these if you need to modify or put a soft pillow under and hopefully that helps cushion❤

Nearly 6 month old baby weighing over 17lb. This is a great workout even for teething/fussy babies. Ive not been consistent every day but ive lost 5kg from Christmas

day 3, he still loves it and so do I. But I always need a break when doing the kneeling babylifts, he´s just too heavy and I don´t want my arms to fail and drop him.
I'm so glad you liked this one! It's such a fun one to do with your baby. My daughter was so little so it was easier to do the lifts but now at 20lbs she might be a little harder to lift!! 😂

How many calories do I burn after doing this workout?
I have a 20lb 14 week old. 🥲 I couldn’t finish the exercises this the first time, but he loved ask the kids he got during push-ups and I’m hopeful that it’ll get easier! It was nice to at least get some glute bridges in.
